We booked this villa for one week and enjoyed it so much we stayed for two. It’s a very nice, safe comfortable place to stay.Pool is great and gardens are lovely. House is very well designed and everything works. Hard to imagine you’ll find anything better in this area and I can whole heartedly recommend it.

The villa is a proper home from home and conveniently situated for the airport, Paphos and easy access to the main roads. The facilities provide all you need for a fabulous holiday, and very well placed if you like a game of golf.

We have stayed before but this time the family all came. Evening though there was 3 generations the villa meet all our needs. Coming in high season you will appreciate the grounds as there was shade somewhere at all times. There was lots of inflatable for the children to use in the garden box. This is an excellent villa with everything you need for a great holiday. Barbara who manages the property is always available if you need anything. Plenty of restaurants near to eat out.We will be back next year.

Our first time staying at Villa Alexia, it was a wonderful experience. The villa was well equipped and very well maintained. The location is quiet and peaceful, we had such a relaxing stay. We met Barbara on our first day, she gave some welcomed advice about the local area, which we took full advantage of, thank you Barbara. The pool was fantastic and the beautiful garden offers plenty of area's of shade when its needed.We would definitely recommend Villa Alexia, we have stayed in two different villas in Cyprus in the past, Villa Alexia was by far the best. We will definitely be looking to book again in the future.Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Fantastic villa

We spent 10 days at Villa Alexia and it was such a fantastic holiday. Prior to the holiday, Ellie and Barbara were in contact and made the whole process very easy and accommodating.The villa was perfect for our family, the pool was clean, safe and always accessible if you have little ones running about. We hired a vehicle for the holiday which I’d recommend.We would definitely start again.

We stayed for a week in Villa Alexia with our 3 year old. The location was perfect. Residential enough so you didn’t feel isolated but the villa afforded plenty of privacy. The villa itself was spacious and very well equipped. There was some lovely touches such as a cupboard full of toys for our daughter to rummage through. We decided to have the pool heated and it was amazingly warm and perfect to build confidence for our daughter to swim. There are some lovely local restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and cafes within a very short drive. It was a relief to get in the hire car and only be 15 mins drive to the villa. Ellie the owner was fantastic and communicating, as was Barbara who looks after the villa. Highly recommend staying and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you for having us.

Excellent top class villa

We are returning guests and what keeps us coming back is the high standard that we know will be there every time. From booking to arriving the process gives you know worries as the owners are so helpful and Barbara who manages the villa while you stay is always available and helpful. The photos don’t lie or the description of the villa on the website. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby and to top of your stay a heated pool all to yourselves. No tightening for sun beds. Perfect family villa with heated pool!

We had a wonderful 11 night stay at Villa Alexia with our two children aged 6 & 9 years old. The villa is perfectly equipped for families, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The children spent hours in the heated pool and loved playing in the garden. The villa is located in a beautiful, safe residential area and is in easy driving distance of restaurants, amenities and the beach. The communication with Ellie the owner was exceptional and Barbara the local property manager was friendly and very helpful. We would highly recommend this villa.

Excellent villa with all amentities as described on booking site. In ideal quiet location with nice pool. Owner Ellie and local rep Barbara both very helpfull. Plenty of restaurants within a short drive, with good beaches also nearby and only a short distance from Paphos airport.

Amazing Villa in Kouklia

Villa Alexia is a beautiful property to spend your holiday in , set in a quiet remote part of Cyprus but with easy accesss to supermarkets , shops , beaches and restaurants but you need to hire a car as the taxis are very expensive and not that reliable !! The Villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay and the pool and gardens are beautiful . Had an amazing 2 wks !!!

Brilliant villa

Great villa, everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. Pool, a/c, sun beds, TV, BBQ etc etc Car essential as it’s located on quiet residential area. Short drive to local restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc Short drive to Paphos in one direction and bit further to Limassol in the other direction. Very clean and great welcome on arrival.

Beautiful villa

We had a 10 days at villa Alexia and it was a wonderful holiday. The villa is well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay. I would suggest not asking for the pool to be heated in the summer months, we found it to be as hot as a jacuzzi when we arrived. However, I appreciate it depends on your personal preference. Barbara ( property manager) was able to turn off the heating and the temperature was more comfortable after a few days.The villa is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The village of Kouklia is 10 minutes away with lovely restaurants. Alpha Mega supermarket is a 15 min drive and this was great for everything you need. We are very much looking forward to returning in the future

Lovely stay

Great property, just as shown in listing. Lovely quiet area and wonderful pool. We had pool heating as it was October and it was so nice for my wee boy to be able to enjoy the pool on the evenings after dinner too. Really do need a car as no amenities within easy walking distance. But everything easily accessible with a car. v

The Perfect Villa

We have been several times now to this villa. You can tell a perfect villa by how many returning guest use it. If you want a quiet place to stay, away from the normal tourist area of Paphos, excellent selection of restaurants, many family run, you have to look no further then this villa. Easy to visit anywhere on the island. Barbara and her team make it a perfect place to relax and at hand to help with suggestions of places to eat , visit and make your holiday one to remember. We can’t wait to return next year.

Excellent villa. Home from Home

We have stayed a few times now. You know when a villa is really good when clients keep returning. What stands out with this villa amongst many others for rent is the wraps around gardens around the villa and pool. Normally most villas have a small terrace for sitting in. Not this one.its of pool toys to keep children amused. Lots of excellent family run restaurants within a short drive, with reasonable prices. Good supermarkets and short drive from Paphos airport. Barbara who manages the villa always on hand and very helpful.. All this adds up to 5*

First class Villa in pleasant and peaceful location

Villa Alexia is situated in a quiet area just outside Secret Valley so a car will be of advantage. The Villa itself is superbly equipped, with all the amenities on site for a complete holiday. We especially enjoyed the en-suite bedroom balcony for relaxing in the evening sunshine and swimming in the well proportioned pool. The surrounding villages provide good evening entertainment and restaurants especially Gabriel's Tavern in Kouklia and Kentpoikon in Mandria. We look forward to returning in the not too distant future. Thanks to Barbara and Ellie for making this holiday memorable.

Amazing villa

We have been before and returned again. Never disappointed. Things have been updated and added to an all ready fantastic villa. So relaxing to have a heated pool. No fights for sun beds. Plenty of lovely local restaurants around which are reasonably priced. Excellent garden well maintained. Barbara is on hand to help with any problem some one may have. Villa well equipped. Plenty of places to visit but car a must.

First family holiday in Cyprus

We had a great holiday at villa Alexia. Great location close Secret Valley golf club and very accessible to the villages of Pissouri, Mandria and Kouklia. Excellent food options in each of these villages. It's also just a short car ride into Paphos which was ideal. Barbara is really helpful as property manager and gave us a thorough run down on the local area and attractions. The property itself is superb with 3 spacious bedrooms and an open plan kitchen, living and dining on the ground floor. It's also really well equipped for all eventualities. The pool and garden area are fab and the pool is serviced regularly. All round a great option for a holiday to the Paphos area.

We had a fantastic holiday in a superb villa! The size, location and facilities were excellent and our property manager was first class - great support and flexible on check-out timings which was extremely helpful. The TV and wi-fi were excellent (I have never seen so many channels or access to online movies) and the kitchen equipment and BBQ were great! Only thing that could possibly improved ids giving longer timers on the aircon for night time use in the summer. Overall, fantastic all round.

Ellie the property owner and her property manager, Barbara, were on hand to answer any questions we had. Barbara visited us on the first morning to see that we had settled and answer any questions we had. She gave us tips about where we could go and what we could do which was very helpful. We LOVED the pool and all the greenery that surrounded it. Although there are other villas nearby, we had peace and quiet, and privacy. There was lots of space in the villa. Aircon for when it was too hot outside. A BBQ for enjoying al fresco dining. Lots of pool toys to keep the kids amused. DVDs for kids and adults and table football and a selection of games when we needed a break from the sun. You do need a car to get here but it is handy to have a car anyway so you can go off exploring. We loved it!

Outstanding in every way

We had an amazing stay at Villa Alexia in Cyprus. Before I’d even booked the owner responded to my questions quickly and was really helpful. The Villa looks like it does in the advertised pictures so there was no disappointment there and it was lovely and clean. We are a family of five (2 adults and a 13,12 and 8 year old) and the Villa had everything we needed - the beautiful pool provided us with hours of entertainment. We paid extra (very reasonable) for the pool to be heated. I’m glad we did this as the kids were using the pool non-stop and swimming In the evenings. It’s all set up too with British plug and USB points - bonus!! The Villa is located away from any hustle and bustle which is what we wanted. It was so quiet. We hired a car and finding our way around Cyprus was so easy with a sat nav. Plus all signage is in English too. I’d highly recommend a car due to the location however everything is really close - only 15 minutes from Paphos Airport, close to a couple supermarkets and plenty to see and do. We drove over to Aya Napa on a couple occasions to explore the stunning beaches on that side and we weren’t disappointed. We left early, drive took about 1hr 40 and it was well worth it. Property manager, Barbara, was a pleasure. She came over to introduce herself, tell us about the property and surrounds and answered any questions we had. I would 100% go back to this absolute gem and highly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to Cyprus!

We are a family of 5 and purchased this villa, off plan, when our second child was 6 weeks old so everything has been designed with children's needs in mind.
We appreciate how special holidays are, so we will do our best to ensure you have a brilliant time at Villa Alexia.

Holidays are special times! Our property is in a lovely quiet and safe location. We have a beautiful relaxing garden with fruit trees and a variety of flowers. The private pool can be heated (this is an optional extra) to make every swim a pleasure, even in the winter months.
The villa is well equipped for all ages and caters well for children and less mobile adults. There is a large veranda so you can easily relax whilst watching other members of your party have fun in the pool. It is a very relaxing outside space with plenty of room. Its easy to find sun and shade due to the trees and umbrellas available to use.
The villa has full air conditioning throughout to ensure the temperature inside is comfortable for all. We also offer free WIFI both upstairs and downstairs.
The villa has solar panels so is more environmentally friendly. We are continually investing into the villa to keep the standard high and ensure you have a wonderul time! We hope you love it there as much as we do!

We care about our guests and want to make sure everyone enjoys staying at Villa Alexia. We have an excellent property manager called Barbara who ensures the property is well maintained and looked after.
We listen to feedback and act on it in the hope that all our guests enjoy their holidays! We hope you do too. The villa is in a beautiful peaceful location so all you need to do is relax and enjoy quality time with family and / or friends.
