The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of space in all areas of the Villa. The main balcony from the family room was absolutely lovely to sit out there and relax, we will definitely return to Bouvard Island.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful, spacious house with all the amenities. Really enjoyed the alfresco area overlooking the canals was very relaxing. And we loved using the SUP and kayaks on the canals. Teddy was great to communicate with and very responsive. Thank you!

What a wonderful stay we had!! This property is beautiful and in a wonderful location. Close to coffee, a beach and a park for the kids, restaurants not far, Mandurah central also not far and a Woolworths 7 minutes away too. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Space was clean, bed comfortable, showers lovely and hot with good water pressure. Teddy was wonderful at communications and the check in process was super easy. We definitely want to come back!

Perfect Stay

We rented the villa to celebrate Xmas together as a family and it was absolutely perfect. Super flexible and accommodating owners and the villa and the facilities were exactly as described - actually even better! Thanks for having us, we will definitely be back again.

Great getaway

The property was perfect for what we needed. The location on the canal, proximity to Avalon Beach and convenience of the deli and patisserie made our stay so relaxing and easy. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful Birthday Family Getaway

Wow what a great location with plenty to do .Kayaking, fishing, crabbing, swimming & playing the Wii. The house is plenty big enough for 10 people with heaps of extras supplied. Very comfy beds, good sized bathrooms, well equippped kitchen. Deli with heaps of awesome meals ,bottle O & bakery so close.

Fantastic stay

I have stayed in many stays and abnb but Geoff was the first host who texted to ask how everything was. So helpful and prompt with response. The property was fabulous and everyone wants to return asap for another wonderfully holiday. Crabbing was an extra bonus!!

Blissful water break

Our family (2 adults and 4 children aged 5-13 years), had an amazing time at Villa Port Grimaud. The home was exactly as it was portrayed on the website; we were an easy walk from a cafe, that opened early so I could get my coffee at 7am. The man-made family beach was an easy 2 min walk, and the children happily kayaked from the villa to the beach most days, and they loved fishing and crabbing right off the jetty. The ambience of the island is so peaceful and picturesque. You have to drive to get to any supermarkets etc, but it wasn't far and not really the reason for staying at this location. The hosts were very responsive, and check-in was straight-forward. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, we loved it.

GOLDEN WEDDING ANNIVERSARY VISIT

Our stay at Villa Port Grimaud will be a very Happy lasting memory. Albeit only one of our three families were able to stay and share this week with us we did have family time prior to Christmas ALL together. The Grandchildren and our Son so enjoyed the kayaks with novice skills to begin with quickly adapting to natural abilities to explore the canals. The thrill of pulling up crabs in the nets provided and reeling in a few whiting and other varieties with the rods was filled with anticipation to see what came next. The board games were well used amongst all ages with great enjoyment. We found the comfort and generously set up Villa with all needs met for our week of entertaining day visitors with luncheons to celebrate our special event surpassed our expectations. Pantry provisions and plentiful cooking/ cutlery/crockery/glassware and the most important relief was a wonderful sized fridge with the addition of the bar fridge on the decking. The option of an indoor table/chairs with another outdoor setting was terrific enabling us to ALL have space and meeting weather comfort choices for all. Hosts Miguel and Irene have offered their availability of contact for any requirements during our stay and deserve to be very proud of their beautiful Villa. The flexibility of areas allows families and friends to truly relax and use ALL levels if a full house required or if reduced numbers have a choice of sleeping/bathroom areas to suit. Our cars were secure in the under croft and visitors managed to park in the spaces provided in the garden area. A truly lovely stay and will look forward to our return visits. With our appreciation to Miguel and Irene even for the extra touches of the beautifully decorated Christmas tree/lights around the balconies and the special treat from Santa. G & T. Hillarys.

Perfect getaway location and house

We had a wonderful weekend. The house is exactly as the listing suggests. Very clean and well equipped. The canal and water lifestyle was very relaxing and fun. Would have been great to have instructions to get the kids electronic devices working, otherwise we had a fantastic stay.

Absolutely Stunning!

We had such a wonderful weekend staying at this beautiful property! So much thought and care has been put into setting up the house to cater for all different ages which made everything so much easier when staying with both children and adults. Fantastic and beautiful secure location. Our friendly hosts communicated very well and made access very easy..Property was very clean along with fresh towels,linen,pantry and kitchen ammenities made it a relaxing stay..Our bedrooms had balconies and views along the canals and sitting outside with our drinks and nibblies sealed the deal. Highly recommended....

Fantastic little getaway

Excellent home, great location!

Well equipped home, comfortable living, sleeping conditions in a great location. Although the house sleeps 14, because we were a family of 8 adults (4 couples) & 2 infants; 3 couples occupied the 3 bedrooms & the 4th couple (fortunately staying only one night) had to use the bunk beds.
