The Outlook at Lake Tyers Beach

Located in the peaceful and picturesque Lake Tyers Beach village "THE OUTLOOK" is the perfect place to stay if you are into your water sports, looking to catch the big one or just wanting to chill out and relax.

The Outlook is just a short walk from the lake and 90 mile beach, the Waterwheel Tavern and boat ramp so there is no need for a car, however, there is plenty of room to park your car, boat or caravan with undercover parking available.

The Outlook is a comfortable two storey house and can be booked for 8 people comfortably or 10 maximum. There are minimum stay restrictions, please check the booking rates and information for these.

The house comprises:

3 bedrooms, the master is upstairs with a queen sized bed, walk in robe and ensuite. There are two bedrooms downstairs one with a queen sized bed and the other fitted with 2 sets of single bunks (sleeps 4). There is a sofa bed available in the lounge room for your convenience and a porta cot available should you need it.
Household towels and bedding are provided for all beds except the porta cot and sofa bed. (Please bring your own beach towels)

A large modern kitchen fully kitted out for entertaining a large group with oversized oven/cooktop, microwave and dishwasher.

The Dining room has an eight seater table with a high chair provided.

A comfortable loungeroom with all the creature comforts including a TV, DVD player and iPod dock. WiFi throughout the home.

With ducted reverse cycle air conditioning in all living areas and bedrooms you can be assured that your family will be cofortable during your stay.

The Outlooks large balcony has terrific lake views and to compliment this it has been set up perfect for entertaining. It is furnished with a large BBQ with wok burner and hood, outdoor lounge setting and 8 seater dining table.

The Outlook is pet friendly with a secure back yard for your furry friend, (maximum of two pets per booking). House trained pets are welcome inside but are strictly prohibited on any furniture regardless of whether blankets/towels are used to protect furniture (a cleaning fee will be charged if fur/hair is found on furniture). Faeces must be removed from backyard (Failure to do so will incur $50 cleaning fee) and any faeces found inside will incur $100 fee and no future booking approval.

Great location

Clean and comfortable accommodation with an excellent view of the lake. Ample space to park your boat with a short drive to the main Tyers ramp. Would happily stay again.

Short stay

This is the second time we have stayed with Mick and Kel and was an absolutely pleasure. We like being away from the busy town and like looking at the lake each morning. Lovely secure backyard for our dogs to play in and not too far from the beach and pub.

Awesomeness

We had such a great and comfortable stay, the outlook to the lakes was mesmerising and the house accommodation was comfortable, location is quite just how we liked it, but close enough to go into lakes entrance and surrounding areas. Thank you to the owners for going out of their way replacing the tv during our stay We would definitely come back again

Good areas to accommodate two couple if applicable. Nice simple fenced yard. Well appointed although no clothes dryer was a shortcoming. I recommend.

Our stay at Lake Tyre Beach

Very clean property with all what you need, however it is a bit far from the shops and the beach for swimming, around 12 kilometers driving. It 8 minutes walk from the beach which you can surf in but not swim or stay on the sand. The neighbors got annoyed from our pets. We had two Maltese shitzu who were a bit anxious when we left them for few hours every day when we go to places we can't take them so they kept barking. Maybe we shouldn't take dogs there. Overall it was good experience to visit lakes entrance. Thank you Mick and Kel.

Lake Tyers Get away

Had a great time staying at the property! Immaculately clean and well presented, with everything a family needs for an enjoyable stay. And some of the best parts were the small details: coffee, teabags and milk for a first cuppa after a 3 and a half hour drive from Melbourne, a family sized rice cooker, a Chrome cast ready TV to watch movies, ice cubes in the freezer, board games and cards and the wifi was very good! Heating was great, beds were firmer than what im used to but i slept really well. Hosts were always quick to communicate and accommodating of our needs and questions. Would definitely stay again!

Good spot to stay away from the hustle and bustle

A fantastic spot to stay if your looking for easy access to the boat ramp to go fishing. a short drive into town and not too far away from a pub for the main beach. Would highly recommend staying there
