The property was everything we expected and more. Beautiful home. Had everything you could possibly want in a vacation home. Would definitely rent with these owners again. Visiting The Villages is something we'll never forget.

Family visit

This was a lovely home in The Villages! It was very clean and well equipped. We were in town visiting family who also live in The Villages and found the entire community to be friendly. We used the golf cart to visit family and travel to dinner and it was very nice! We had a great stay and would highly recommend this home to others.

A Convenient Place

This house is pretty much in the center of The Villages, closest to Sumter Sq. And a short cart ride to Paddock. Spanish Springs is a short car ride or a 25 min golf cart ride, can be done. The house has a very comfortable bed in the Master. The other two bedroom were not used. A nice 4 seat golf cart came with the house and it is the preferred way of travel in The Villages.

Golf getaway

The property had everything we needed, great location and was the perfect relaxing Xmas golf getaway. The only minor complaint we had was that we had trouble getting the cable and tv to sync up with a picture. Easily rectified by leaving the tv on the entire time and just muting it. However, definitely not a deal breaker, I will without a doubt be looking at this property for a return trip. Thanks.

We had seen the area and rental the year before so new what to expect.The Villa's layout and furnishings were first class and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was so well equipped that if we wanted something it was probably there only needed to find it. The grill worked well along with the golf car.Only needed help from property management twice and both times the response was immediate and helpful.Would highly recommend to anyone.

Thanksgiving at the village’s

Nice clean house, stocked with everything we needed for a two week stay, good location. Parking for two cars is a little tight. Golf cart a plus. Would stay again in the future.

Great place to stay in the Villages

This was our first visit to the Villages. Staying at this property located between Sumter Landing and Brownwood, gave us ease of access to the areas and amenities we enjoyed. Everything we needed was at the home and the bed was comfortable!

Nice villa in a quiet neighborhood

This three bedroom villa is spacious for a villa. Nicely decorated and well equipped. Our only issue was with the air conditioner. It was not Abe to keep up with the heat. As soon as the sun came up the temperature in the villa started to rise even though the air conditioner was running. The house would cool back down once the sun started to set. But overall the house was great.

Beautiful home

From the moment we entered, we felt comfortable and relaxed. The home is very open, spacious, and bright. Convenient location to all of the squares. Design and decor are top notch. Carefully thought out little touches and personal supplies, if needed. Wonderfull lanai. Beautiful private garden. Grill. Golf cart. First class.

Great location

The home was very conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, pickleball and recreation centers. Nicely decorated. Only problem was the golf cart. It worked but it was very slow and sluggish whenever we took it out for a spin.

Our expectations were exceeded. Steve and Sue’s home was super cozy and the beds were extremely comfortable, which allowed us to fully recharge for the following day activities. Unlike other vacations, where there is a lot of down time and some boredom, that wasn’t the case since there is always something to do in The Villages. We plan on returning with the whole family. Thank you Steve and Sue for making your house available, we will never forget our experience we had in your home.
