Friendly, welcoming communication with host. Very generous in what was supplied and a welcome gift of chocolates and champagne.Location overlooking a park and walking distance to beaches and shops.Well appointed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and new. Beds were comfy, linen good quality.
Nice the host provided some Xmas cheer in the way of a tree and decorations.

Very quiet and peaceful location across from a reserve. House was exactly as described in the listing. Great location, will stay again.

Fantastic stay

Another great summer holiday! This was our second stay at Wreck Beach House. Loved the outdoor shower, relaxing park view and the downstairs area was great for the teenagers!

Great location

This property had everything we needed for our stay. It was well appointed and had a peaceful outlook over a park. Having two living areas gave everyone a place to relax. The verandah was a great place for afternoon drinks. It was just a short walk to several beautiful beaches, cafes and restaurants.

A nice house ...

We had a very pleasant stay at Wreck Beach House although only occupying the top floor as there was only the two of us. The house is very comfortable and well located.

We enjoyed our stay at Shoal Bay very much. The area is just beautiful. Our host Michelle and Sam were very helpful in the lead up to the trip and checking in and getting keys was easy. The house is a great little beach house and well appointed with separate accommodation upstairs and downstairs. Would recommend the place.

Everything about this home is holiday perfection. Michelle couldn’t have done more to make sure we had the most wonderful time in Shoal Bay. It really felt like home away from home. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic weekend getaway

Excellent place to stay, with everything you could need. Felt so fresh and new. Sitting on the balcony looking at the birds in the park was v relaxing. Outdoor staircase between the 2 levels might not be for everyone but we were fine with it.

Beautiful prooerty

We could not fault this lovely home. It had everything we needed and beautifully presented. The addition of the separate accommodation downstairs was such a bonus and very private. Great location and in walking distance to Shoal Bay. The owner was so helpful. Would not hesitate in rebooking.

Ladies weekend away

We had a wonderful weekend away staying at Michelle’s house at wreck beach. A lovely short walk to both wreck beach and shoal bay beach / shops. The house is in a lovely spot next to a park which makes for a nice outlook from the living room and verandah. Great communication from Michelle. Would recommend this house for families or a group of friends.

Great house, perfect family getaway

We loved this house in Shoal Bay, it was perfect for our family with teenagers as they could bunk in downstairs. The house is really nicely decorated with everything you need and Michelle was a terrific host. Would recommend! Laurence. S.

great layout and outlook

What a great location of this house overlooking parkland and walking distance to Shoal Bay. Very clean and well stocked house and great layout - adult children being able to have the downstairs area. Great communication with the owner re check in and facilities. thankyou for a wonderful break - would definately return

Family week away

Lovely property for our family week away in Nelson bay. Short walking distance to shops and dining options as well as some beautiful beaches. Kids loved movie night downstairs so we could stay in the leaving room upstairs. Michelle was very helpful providing local information. Love the shower outside!
