Great place to stay just needs to be cleaned properly.

Overall it is a great place to stay with family and having the pool was an added bonus. Downside was the cleanliness of the property was not the best. It was rather dirty but once we gave a tidy we were happy.

Very enjoyable holiday.

We had two of our grandsons, 6 & 12, and we were visiting my mother-in-law, and had come from Toogoolawhah north of Brisbane. The boys were from King Island and not used to hot weather. They spent hours each day swimming in the pool. They were fascinated by the roller front gate, and argued who would be the one to open and close it. They loved their big comfortable beds, spacious room and the fact they had so many toys to play with. The house was very well equipped, but no cake tins as l was going to bake a cake for the youngest one’s birthday. I loved the big steel kitchen bench, and everything was there that you could possibly need. There were only two drawbacks, being the lounge not big enough for four people, and no screen on the front door. So we had to close the main door to keep out mosquitos. We really enjoyed our weeks holiday and definitely will be renting this house again next year.

Great Family holiday home

Comfortable beds and a porta cot Spacious yard for kids to have a game of cricket. Beautiful pool to cool off. Loren the host is friendly. My family all love this home for our little getaways to Mackay.

Quiet time in Mackay

We loved our stay here. The area was wonderfully quiet. Our kids loved the pool and backyard space. The house was clean, neat and tidy. Perfect for our family.

Mackay MTB Break

Great, tidy, comfortable property with all amenities you need. Host Loren, very responsive and helpful. Off street parking an advantage. Southside of Mackay for easy access to Finch Hatton Mountain Biking - didn't disappoint. Local bus stop a short walk from house, great to catch to city centre and Caneland Shopping Centre. Lovely morning walking route with access to take away coffee just down the road at Ocean's International, who also do an amazing breakfast! Would return if heading this way again. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Cozy and Modern

Cozy and modern house. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and watching Netflix. Situated in a quiet area but only a short drive to supermarkets and malls. Thank you Loren for making so easy for us to enjoy our stay this was our 1st ever booking with anyone and your communication made it a stress free experience.

We will be back

This property was spot on. Had everything we needed and in a great location. The pool was well used by the kids whilst the parents could sit back and relax on the lush green lawn. Loren was so easy to deal with and was always available if there was any problems. We most definitely will stay again.

The property is very convenient for us visiting family in Mackay as they live 5 minutes away. It is also convenient to the airport. It was clean and well equipped and the swimming pool was a great bonus as the weather was hot for our stay.

Ideal family spot

This is our second time staying- and for good reason! It’s the perfect spot for families- close to the beach, the parks, you aren’t locked into a hotel room and kids have space to run around and splash in the pool! Honestly it’s ideal!

Great little home close all the shops

The property is perfect for a small family, with a big yard and pool out the back so they can burn some energy while we were on holidays. Loren was easy to deal with and communication was great. Well worth the stay.

All that you need

The weather was not great but no fault of anyone. The accommodation had everything we needed. I did find the lounge uncomfortable and difficult to fit a family of four but the place was clean and tidy. Everyone had comfortable stay overall.

The holiday home provided us with coolness and comfort as a base for exploring the town and district

The house was clean, comfortable and welcoming with an easy to use kitchen, large back yard and a small pool for the children. There was a kids box outside and some random children's games around the house. It was a quiet neighborhood and we did not mind hopinging into the car for food shopping, swims , climbing parks and beach walks. Also the centre of town has some great eateries- we chose the outdoor setting near the Blue Lagoon. As grandparents we have travelled extensively and we can say that the setting was brilliant for a family stay. Thank you Loren

Well maintained property Beds were very comfy and all bedding provided, some towels also which were a great extra for the pool. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook and eat with and pantry staples also were a bonus. Great water pressure and shower facilities We enjoyed our stay 100% recommend

My family loved staying here especially the kids. They loved having a big yard to play in and all the toys that were at the house. House is in a great location and Loren was easy to communicate with any issue we had. Would definitely recommend family and friends to stay here.

Great house near sporting fields

This was a great 3 bedroom house close to sporting fields we were at all week. The house was well equipped, spotless and we were were given plenty of info regarding the property and local area. Would definitely recommend.
