Thanks for your feedback, we are always keen to make improvements based on our guest’s feedback. We certainly wish you’d reached out about your concerns during your stay as we could have done some things to improve your stay. We could have let you know that the sink plug was most likely around the outside bath as guests regularly move them out there. We could have also let you know that what you are describing in laundry and kitchen aren’t actually exhaust fans, but rather vents designed provide airflow (I.e they don’t turn on or off). We actually had a brand new clothesline ready to put up that was mounted after you checked out as guests over the Easter break snapped the old one. Likewise, the solar light out the front of the house has since been replaced. We would have been happy to replace both these things during your stay had we known they were impacting your stay. Thanks for letting us know that the information book wasn’t up to date. We did a renovation on the bedrooms a few months ago. We removed the bulky old wardrobe, replaced carpet and replaced the bunks, so we’ll update the book to let people know that the things that were stored in the cupboard are now stored elsewhere. Thanks also for letting us know about the couch. After feedback from guests and the cleaner, we recently upgraded this to a leather couch to make it more suitable to keep clean with sand and pets, but we’ll look at what we can do to make it more comfortable.
