    15 nights of comfort

    This was like home away from home with very friendly hosts. Was so handy to shops, food, public transport (tram stop practically outside the front door) If you fancy a flutter the casino is only 1 block away. Our best recommdation is thatvwe would stay again.

    Great stay!

    Had a great stay in Melbourne. Pier was welcoming and sure to provide some really helpful information and local insights to help orientate to get the most out of my stay.The apartment is comfortable and homely and centrally located, with a short walk to groceries and to free tram zone. Access to complex gym and heated pool/jacuzzi is great!Will definitely be back.

    Wonderful spot!

    Very much enjoyed our stay here and Pier is a great host and the property is wonderfully located just outside the CBD and right at a tram stop. Easy access to beaches as well. The apartment is lovely and well stocked with all the basics needed.

    Great introduction to Australia

    The place was comfortable for a week long stay. The location in the Southbank area was within walking distance to many attractions with tram connections in front of the building. Our hosts were friendly and shared local knowledge readily. Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in that area.

    Excellent Accommodation

    We had a wonderful experience, from initial contact to handing over the keys at the end. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The unit is situated in such a great location, a short walk into the city and tram connections to St Kilda and surrounds. Overall we could not recommend this enough, a great getaway.

    Comfortable and convenient!

    Check in was easy, met with the owner who gave us some tips about the location and transport. Easy to get to and from the City Centre. Home had all conveniences and was clean and comfortable. Thanks Simon!

    Wonderful Apartment,Great Location, Thoughtful Hosts!

    Pier and Simon's apartment is comfortable, well stocked and in a spectacular building. The fitness center, hot tub/jacuzzi and lap pool were terrific to use afte full days in Melbourne. It was easy walking to many venues, including Melbourne Park for the Australian Tennis Open. It is also a short walk from the free tram system which is great. Nearby isThe South Melbourne Fresh Market and an Aldi and Woolies Markets. We can go on, but will summarize by stating that the hosts were concerned that we were happy and that this rental is a total winner!!

    Exceptional

    The apartment was as advertised. But it was more! It was our home away from home. There was ample evidence that it was not just a commercial apartment for rent. There were many things that made it seem like our home. We loved all these touches. It was very well equipped with all the things we needed to live there for 4 months. We were there for some Spring, all Summer and a little bit of Fall. The apartment met all requirements for the 3 seasons. The hosts were outstanding. They were helpful and yet not intrusive into our space. We had a lot in common so the landlords took us under their wing and made certain that we did things that someone in our situation might not. We saw Australia as Australians do, not as tourists. We could not recommend this apartment and the hosts more highly

    Host was very welcoming and apartment had everything I needed for the week from towels, blankets, dishes, badic dpices, and even bathroom supplies. Convenient location to tram and major activities. I took public transportation everywhere often at no charge in the cbd and to and from the airport. Would recomend.

    The host was very welcoming and most thorough in his introduction to the apartment and the neighbourhood. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, including coffee, oil, a few spices, etc. A very central location.

    Home Away from Home

    Arriving for the weekend, we were met by the very personable Peir downstairs, and escorted to our accommodation. The apartment is a very clean, well maintained space, with lots of personal touches that make it feel cared for, and homely. On the Sunday we walked a short distance to the South Melbourne Market, and that night dined on the produce we purchased. I can't think of any negatives with the hosts, location, or rooms, would definitely recommend and stay again.

    Great apartment for our long weekend away.

    Great apartment for our long weekend away. Has everything you need for any length of stay. Very close to Crown and other amenities. A good work into the city along the Yarra or jump on one of the trams that are close by. Great communication by the host. The car spot is great to have being that close to the city.

    Tennis week

    Two of my friends accompanied me to Melbourne for the AO tennis for aweek. We found our accommodation to be exactly what we needed, a great position for public transport and shops.
