A nice house but listing did not reflect off-limit areas and cleanliness was lacking.

The house was ok however the Garage/carport, WIR and pantry were locked by the owner and unavailable for guest's use, which was not specified in the listing.There were also basic kitchen crockery, utensils as well as other items expected in a house which were missing and not suited to a house sleeping 8 people, which was frustrating. The Property Managers were helpful in resolving some of these.Outside had very little to recommend it with weeds, broken pots, random unsafe wood piles, leftover food in fire-pit among some of the off-putting things and the BBQ wasn't cleaned so was unable to be used.For those wanting to stay in winter, note the fireplace glass door has been broken for 2 years (see old reviews) so cannot be used for a fire either.Overall disappointing and we would not stay here again.

Very good experience and modern style

This was an excellent experience, the house is clean and modern style. What surprised us was the movie studio, we bought our Karaoke equipment to connect to the big screen, which led the movie studio to become a Karaoke room. The location is near Aldi, Coles, and Woolworths. We had a very great day there.

Nice property but presentation disappointing

Nice property, however we were disappointed to get there and find the presentation lacking. Main issues the combustion heater was not able to be used due to a crack in the glass door (handwritten note left inside door was rude), also outdoor area including barbecue were not clean and floor rug and couch in family room dirty.

Spacious home

We had a great stay here for the weekend. Great location and spacious home for 4 adults and 2 children. Walking distance to the jetty and local amenities.

Bayou in Busselton

Clean, modern home with great amenities in a quiet location just a few blocks from the beach, we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Perfect place for our family

I love it when you find a place you can get away to from Perth that still feels like home. Bayou is a comfortable home with all the amenities a family needs. On this trip we had 3 couples, 2 kids and 2 babies. The house was just the right size to accommodate all of us. It's centrally located within a very quiet neighbourhood that is right near the beach and not too far from Busselton's shops and cafe's. Should the need for a short getaway arise again - we'll definitely be back.
