This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom holiday home accommodates up to 8 guests and offers the perfect base near stunning beaches, local shops, and great restaurants. 10-min walk to the beach.

Each bedroom is outfitted with quality linen for a comfortable stay. The master suite includes an ensuite bathroom, while the other bedrooms provide a relaxed, beachy vibe. Each bathroom has hairdryer.

The spacious lounge features a large TV, ideal for movie nights, and the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with essentials including a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, rice cooker, and Nespresso coffee machine.

Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating, while enjoying high-speed Wi-Fi and a pet-friendly environment. A 3 in 1 Portable cot and high chair are available for families, and one pet is welcome to join the holiday.

- Beach Gear: For those who love the beach, we provide 2 bodyboards located in the shed, available for guest use.
- Relaxation and Convenience: bathtub for relaxation, a laundry area with a washing machine, entertaining patio with electrical BBQ and outdoor furniture ideal for alfresco dining, and a large manicured backyard lawn.
- Security: A security camera is installed in front of the garage door for safety.

Pet Policy:
- No pets in the bedrooms.
- No pets on the sofa/couch.
- One pet is allowed to join your stay.

Additional note:
- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
