Property was perfect, and as advertised. Very clean on comfortable and the location was great, being right downtown with all the shops, restaurants and bars. Would stay again!

The key/fob was unavailable at check in time because the cleaning service was not yet complete. I tried calling the numbers in the email and both numbers were out of service. Even the clerk at the EZTMart tried calling and got same response. Then someone called me to explain, this made us late for reservations we had in the area. The shower was not well maintained. Shower head would not stay in the tall position. The shower also had mold on the floor and mold growing on the vent above the shower. Couch was covered with crumbs and there was left over food with mold growing on it in the kitchen, despite the cleaning service just being there and making us late. Overall the place was not maintained or clean.

Loved the apartment, location and views. Great place, clean, quiet and views of the Sydney Half Marathon and Fireworks!! We could even see part of the harbor. Thank you!!

Perfect

We loved staying here. The location is great near to all the local landmarks and a 5 minute walk to Darling harbour. The apartment was smart, bright and well appointed. Only slight negative was we only one set of keys to begin with, which we did sort out but a slightly convoluted returns process.

Fantastic location

Location, location, location. Within walking distance of Darling Harbour, CBD, trams, central railway station. Plenty of restaurants close by and supermarkets.

Perfect for easily exploring central Sydney!

This location was exactly what we needed for our trip to Sydney - it's very centrally located and a ton of space for two couples! With access to all forms of public transit within a 15 minute walk, Sydney is your oyster. Added benefits, a washer/dryer to refresh our clothes after a few long weeks on the road. One note, while it is very easy to pick up the keys from the second location, make sure you give yourself time since it's a fairly busy location in the Quay!

Nice apartment spoiled by the management

The apartment itself is very nice with great views and in a great location. Unfortunately It's a 2 bed apartment in a building where you are not allowed and you only get one set of keys so you can only ever go out together, so be prepared to spend your time here joined at the hip. We did not know this in the beginning an it definitely wasn't clear in the terms, we felt like criminals sneaking around so the concierge doesn't know you are only short term renters. Such a shame that a nice apartment in a beautiful city is spoiled by the management and their strange rules.

Great quick stay in Sydney

The property and building are perfect for a stay in Sydney. It is centrally located downtown and about a 10 min or less walk to the harbour. The apartment is well equipped, great views of the city. Only negative is the check in/out process. They keys are not on the property and although only a 12min walk to pick them up it was a little cumbersome as we had to drag our luggage in the heat 12 min there and 12 min back. It was extremely hot and humid those days so that could have been better. Other than that a great stay. Thank you
