This modern one bedroom secure apartment is located close to every amenity you could need, and definitely for discerning guests who enjoy a little luxury.
Comfort queen size bed, linen and towels, shampoo and essentials are provided to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing.
Take a short walk to Gouger street and Chinatown. Purchase some fresh produce at Central Market, or enjoy a meal out at one of the many fine restaurants.
Everything is close by, Rundle Mall, the Entertainment Centre, Casino, Adelaide Oval and nightlife at Hindley Street.
Open style kitchen with large living area and a spacious balcony. Perfect for a luxury gateway, executive business stay or a memorable holiday. Guests have free access to the communal swimming pool, spa and sauna(steam&dry).

Please note our apartment does not have parking but there is plenty of car park available adjacent.

Good, clean but apartment is a bit stuffy and we had to put air con on day/night for air flow which blows cold over us on the counch. Need some extra blankets.Adelaide was raining all week so the umbrellas came in handy. Thanks.

Perfect hub to explore Adelaide

David's property was the perfect base for us to get around all of Adelaide and had all amenities we needed to relax at the ned of the day. We'll definitely be reaching out again next time we're in town.

Clean and comfortable

Beautiful inner city apartment

Beautiful inner city apartment with all the amenities that you require. Very comfortable bed, tea and coffee supplied and a very lovely outlook. David was very helpful and went out of his way for us. thank you and we would definitely stay again.

Convenient location & property with all the small things!

My son and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment where there’s plenty of room for both of us! All the little extras - like coffee, salt, shampoo and many other necessities available make it convenient and comfortable.

Just some tips for the owner

We had a wonderful stay in the property which was handy for the city. The only things which could be improved on were: A bit more cutlery as we kept having to wash up knives and forks each mealtime as there were not enough. A tea towel in the kitchen would have been helpful A proper full size ironing board as I found that small one difficult to find somewhere to put it safely near a plug and it was just too small for larger clothes I.e. trousers and dresses.

Great little private apartment in Adelaide

Apartment was clean and quiet, all the facilities you need for a short or long stay. 15 minute walk to Rundle Mall but Adelaide is so flat, walking is no problem! Would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

Well located, clean and tidy

It is a small apartment in a convenient location. Everything was new or nearly so and in good working order. I especially liked the shower. The electricity went out in part of the apartment during the night. Unfortunately it was the circuit my cell phone was being charged on and the circuit to the router. I had to search for a fuse box. Please include the location of the box for future renters. Overall I’d recommend the place.

Great stay at David's apartment!

Great stay in this CBD apartment! The landlord David is extremely helpful and made sure that I had everything that I needed (towels, shower gels and shampoo, basic kitchen products like oil, sugar, etc). The apartment is very well located, right in Adelaide's city center. It is very comfortable, well arranged and isolated (you can't hear the neighbours). It is equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, laundry machine, dryer, TV, A/C) and the building also has a swimming pool. Would definitely recommend for a short-term or longer-term stay!
