Pool not super convenient for before bed swims

Great location for access to all areas of Sydney and surrounding tourist attractions. Excellent train access for popular downtown sites.

Great apartment, close to everything!

We had a great stay in Granville. Apartment was big and had everything we could have needed for a family of 5. So close to train station, across the road from a supermarket - very convenient! Communication with host was great, lots of information given for check in process. Would definitely stay here again!

We were very impressed with the property and its layout. It is very close to the train station which made travelling around very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended

Great location, clean, great for family and good communication with owner. Noise from the train is the only down on the place but if you sleep like a log then that will be ok.

Hassle Free Stay

We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed the convenience of being next to the train station. Communication with the host was very good and she accommodated our request for an extra set of keys in a short period of time. Overall very satisfied.

Large & secure, plenty of room for 6, enough for 7. Very close to train, but double glazing meant quiet too. Good shops & eating options nearby.

Central location.

Very comfortable 3 bedroom unit. Fit us and our adult children perfectly. Beds are firm, bathrooms great and internal washer and dryer is fantastic.Does back up to the train station, but when windows are closed, you wouldn't even know, and that makes it super simple if you're travelling without a vehicle.Quick drive to Olympic Park and to Parramatta, so we had no problems getting where we needed to go on this trip.Definitely would stay here again.

Great location for gettin around easily.

The apartment was perfect for our stay, so close to the train station and easy to get to the city and accor stadium. The only things that could be improved are to have some wine glasses in the kitchen, one of the lamps was broken in the master bedroom and the chairs on the balcony were not safe to sit on. We still had a fantastic stay, thankyou.

East Street, Granville

We were very happy with the apartment which also had free secure parking. Our host was very quick to answer any questions and was extremely helpful when we left the keys inside and locked the door. There is even a small work station and quiet hideaway for quiet chats away from the television. We would certainly be happy to book the apartment again if we are in Sydney.

Great location

The place was less than 5 minutes to the train station. Using the metro system was super easy. The host was good to work with. The place was exactly as described. For coffee lovers - there’s a good coffee shop across the street. Also a grocery within 5 minutes. Has a hair dryer and soap/shampoo.

Granville Stay

Check in process was quite difficult to wrap head around, we were unsure of what level we were on and took us quite a while to figure it out - carpark was also confusing however once you wrap your head around it its ok :) the door handles were on their last life around the place, and walls look like someone has tried to paint over marks and scuffs. Location was a little sketchy, however I should've done more research into it before booking. Communication with host was really fast and helpful :) thanks for having us

Great Budget Accommodation

Very clean apartment. Balcony could do with a clean up. Mattresses on beds were very hard and pillows could do with a change. No top sheets on beds! Are clean doona covers put on? Overall, a good home base.

Easy location

Great location for us with easy access to train, but that made it a little noisy . Woolworths across the road was very handy, along with great places to eat close by. Be aware the beds are very firm. The walls were very marked and one had a hole in it. The vents in the bathrooms were clogged with dust. Would have been nice to have some clean sponges and tea towels in the kitchen. Apart from that it was great.

Comfortable and clean.

Overall a very good experience. The keys were left in a mail box with a number lock. There was very little light in the foyer. So had to get a torch to see the numbers. It was hard holding the torch & manipulating the lock.

Close to grocery

Tucked away in a complex, parking spot is tough to find as the levels aren't marked clearly. But once you find it, you don't forget it. There were alot of leftover foods in the cupboards, mostly nonperishable. As a fellow vacation rental owner I can say with complete honesty, the bathrooms were immaculate and everyone in our party (2 families: 3 adults, 3 kids) was comfortable. One drawback was the bldg fire alarm going off during our stay and the whole place needing to evacuate. Hardly the fault of the owner, who was incredibly gracious, responsive and wonderful, exceeding expectations.

Clean and Convenient

A clean, modern, and convenient apartment with plenty of space. It has all the amenities that you need. The living areas are spacious and it is only a very short walk to transport. Carol was a fantastic host who was very quick to answer any questions.
