Hi Sharon, We have a very thorough cleaning schedule for each of our properties and our team is committed to maintaining an impeccable standard, as demonstrated by the wonderful reviews we receive. Our cleaning protocols are very thorough and each property is inspected by our operations team before welcoming new guests. To achieve this our check in time is 3 pm and we apologise that we were not able to check you in early.
