The property itself was fine. Nicely appointed, clean, comfortable. I booked this because the listing had a hot tub. When we arrived there was no hot tub. Spoke to owner who advised it must be a listing error. Also on a main road which was noisy overnight as the bedroom is on the street side of the block. Also no sun beds or comfortable seating around the pool. The beach towels that were supposed to be in the unit weren’t there. Eventually rectified by the owner.

This unit was fabulous. It was clean & had everything you needed. In a quiet street opposite the RSL & close to Woolworths. Lovely cafes in the area.Graham kept me posted on the weather as it was just after Alfred hit.

The apartment had plenty of space, well furnished, comfortable with everything I could have needed. Views down towards the break wall from the balcony and private rooftop terrace are stunning.

An ideal getaway place and much more than a ‘home away from home’! The hosts have provided above and beyond in terms of comforts and entertainment. Great location, you can walk to all the great cafes and of course, the beaches. Highly recommended.

We'd highly recommend this place!

We would highly recommend the Oceanview apartment. This apartment has everything you need to relax and enjoy Nambucca Head, it's conveniently located (walking distance from everything). Graham and Mary were super helpful and answered every question we had. We'll definitely to back!

Beautiful unit they have thought of everything. Location was fantastic. Property managers great.

What a beautiful place Nambucca is. We had a 2 week stay. Fantastic location of our unit to club, supermarkets eateries.great walking areas around water. Plenty of fishing spots. Unit was lovely, everything you want in it. Clean and bright. property managers were so good. Overall perfect place and unit for a great holiday.

Great location, large apartment

Lovely apartment in an ideal, central location with great views across the heads. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment was very clean. Communication with Graham was excellent prior to our stay. Broadband / wifi would have been good as we were in the apartment on a couple of rainy afternoons but it didn’t really impact us. The roof terrace is a lovely peaceful spot, if only the weather had been better so that we could use it more!

We are retires who discovered Nambucca Heads in 2012 staying in apartments until we decided to purchase Oceanview 4 in 2016. We love the lifestyle, amenities which are close, some fine restuarants, golf, beaches and access to fishing including ofshore fishing from South West Rocks. Ourselves we try to spend about 3 months of the year in our apartment mainly through the Southern winter.
