Location, location, location!!! Perfectly positioned near a tram stop, ideal balcony for lounging as you take in the stunning views! Incredibly comfortable accommodation, exceptional consideration by the host, everything you need already in place!!!

Amazing Accommodation

The unit is remarkable in a great location. Close to the tram making it easy to explore the surrounding area without relaying on a rental car. The view is phenomenal with a huge balcony! Great to relax on or open the doors and let the sea breeze flow into the apartment.

Fantastic Experience

The property is ver well located and maintained and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We plan on returning to Gold Coast and plan on staying here. Everything we needed was in the unit and the views from the balcony were exceptional.

Very Pleasant Stay

This apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, big bathroom, well appointed kitchen, nice living area and a great view. Communication with the host was easy. The only problem was our stay was too short! We plan to be back soon.

Well positioned, nice view. Tram station right out front that takes you to all the popular spots. Really well maintained for age of building. Lovely host with great communication. Even provided tram cards for us to use, we only had to top them up to go.

Great apartment central location

Very well appointed apartment in central location with stunning views.Easy walking distance to beach , eateries & attractions with added convenience of tram stop just outside building.We did experience excessive noise from Penthouse above a few times but body corporate & security dealt with Quickly and host outlines this on welcome letter in apartment.Excellent communication from host and also welcoming gift of chocolates & wine was a nice touch.

Lovely break

Fabulous apartment with spectacular views. Everything has been provided for a relaxing stay in the apartment. Communication from Sharon from the point of booking through to departure was outstanding and Sharon was a great host always available and willing to help us when needed. We were fortunate to be offered an early check in which was a bonus to our short stay. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Awesome stay at the Gold Coast

We really enjoyed our stay at the sub penthouse. It is in a really good location, tram stop is right out the front of the property and the beach is about a 2 minute walk. The ocean view from the balcony is spectacular. The apartment was tidy and well equipped with kitchen, bathroom and laundry essentials. Sharon was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying at this sub penthouse, it made our stay at the Gold Coast a memorable one. We will definitely be visiting again.

For 5 nights I enjoyed the great view, express lift, clean apartment, comfy bed, good air con, cold fridge, tiled pool & lovely garden setting with bbq area. This owner clearly loves their sub-penthouse unit & it has been updated (kitchen, vanity, shower, floors). A pleasant surprise is the over 700 items in the Library (up some stairs from the Lobby). Very convenient access to the light rail, beach. Cafes & restaurants across the road & convenience stores, one with liquor.

North Surfers unit with a view

It’s a lovely little place with everything you need, it’s on a tram spot and beach access is great, a nice beach walk north or south to great cafes and shops. The view is amazing. There are a just a few little things to mention, it’s a little noisy, the road noise and sirens can be intrusive while we slept and the noise from the unit above, the bed mattress needs updating and the water pressure while we were there was not great.

Great ! View!

Absolutely loved the property. The best of the best. All amenities were helpful. Hate any coffeemaker but my own do I went across the street happily for s fabulous flat white daily. Fish and chips just steps away. The beach gorgeous. The view from the balcony with a constant beautiful breeze and perfect light st all times. Only deficit was the noise and rumble from the streets. Not to be avoided at this location but really loved loved loved the apartment. Such a gorgeous comfortable design and easy living. Would buy the place in a heartbeat!!! Parking was eAsy, check in with Geoff was perfect. Never saw or needed the host but available by phone in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!!!!

Loved it. Perfect location for me - kind hosts.

Absolutely loved it. Location is so perfect, tram out the front to anywhere, far enough away without the rif raff but close enough to join if you chose. Apartment was perfect, the view amazing, did not hear one neighbour once and that is massive for me.- that could ruin a stay for me and has done many times! This was brilliant!! Felt secluded as I love... Geoff was brilliant, a simple text and he helped me promptly regarding logistics when I was unsure but otherwise he was just the perfect thorough info man upon greeting. Nothing more you could want in your spartment or hosts. Even surprised to see a hairdressers on the bottom floor who washed my hair, helped me with ideas of places to go. I could write so much more, I will be back. I wish I was still there!

I share my time between Lightning Ridge, outback NSW and beautiful Surfers Paradise. Two different extremes but I appreciate the beauty in both communities.

The space.... so big and roomy. The views are amazing... the beach, the ocean, the night lights, the park, the Broadwater, canals, and so much more. The balcony is so large that its like another room. Total luxury.
