この美しく開かれたオープンプランの家には、素晴らしいビーチでの休暇に必要なものがすべて揃っています。 湾と周囲の自然環境の両方の息をtakingむような絶景が自慢のこのホテルは、都会のliving騒から逃れるのに最適です。

4つのベッドルームで構成され、次のように構成されています。

家は合計で12寝ており、非常に用途が広い。 カップルだけでなく家族にも最適です。 2つの家族を快適に収容できるように設定されています。

設備の整ったキッチンには食器洗い機と電子レンジのほか、無料のスターターコーヒーポッド、砂糖、お茶が含まれています。 ランドリーには洗濯機と乾燥機が備わっています。

2階には、2番目のラウンジ、フラットスクリーンテレビ、DVDプレーヤーを備えた巨大なマスターベッドルームと保護者の隠れ家があります。 広々としたバスルームには、湾を見渡すスパバスがあります。

階下のオープンプランのリビングエリアでは、プールテーブルと50以上のゲームを含むレトロアーケードユニットをお楽しみください！ それ以外の場合は、ソファでリラックスして、お気に入りのFoxtelショーやDVDをご覧ください。

冬の滞在の場合、家には寝室に暖房があり、両階に分割システムがあり、メインリビングエリアにガスクーナラがあります。 夏には、リビングエリアと一部のベッドルームの逆サイクル分割システムと天井ファンによって冷却が行われます。

外では、2つの屋外スペースをお楽しみください。 フロントデッキは、壮大な景色を眺めながら夕暮れのバーベキューを開催するのに最適です。 ただし、子供たちは裏庭にある遊び場や要塞で何時間も楽しまれます。

Loved the place. Quiet neighbourhood but within driving distance to everything, beach, shops and restaurants. Very spacious, plenty of areas to relax. Loved the top floor with own sofa and tv. Perfect to escape the kids. Pool was larger than we thought and was deep. Jacuzzi and pool table was used a lot. Wish we could have extended trip.

Perfect getaway

Stephanie’s property was lovely and so much bigger than we expected. It really is a little piece of heaven with everything you need. Communication is clear - will defo try and get back!

Very warm and homey

We really loved our stay here, the house was really homey, very clean and had plenty of things to keep us entertained. We loved the pool table and the pool and spa which was heated nicely enough to spend time in even though it was winter. The bottle of wine and chocolates were a lovely touch.

Warm pool = game changer

We loved our stay. Heated pool kept kids entertained during the day and adults at night. Beautiful views. Perfect for sharing with families/friends and kids.

One of if not THE BEST

My family and close friends spent three nights here and we had the best time. From the layout of the home, to the pool, to the stargazing at night. Everything was perfect and dreamy and we will definitely be coming back in the future. We even tried to book again from Christmas 😂 Thankyou Stephanie for being such a gracious host xx

Lovely week-long stay

Beautiful and spacious property perfect for a 6-night getaway with a large family group. My toddler had a great time playing in the outdoor cubby/swing set, and the adults made use of the pool table! The house was located within a short drive to shops, restaurants and beaches in Rye and Rosebud. We had a problem with the dishwasher on the first day, which was very quickly rectified by the owners. Very well appointed house

The property is situated on a hill with lovely views from the house and deck. It certainly allows for families to enjoy their time here. Good facilities.

Terrific house just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of busy Rye

House was amazing for families of all ages. Outdoor playground was very handy for the little ones. Pool table, space invaders and large outdoor balcony with table and bbq great for the big “little” ones. Great for a weekend away to the beaches or to drive inland to the wineries in close proximity.

Impressive, clean and caters for everybody

It was a seamless process from the initial contact to the final day. The house is beautifully styled, clean and with great amenities. We utilised all the living spaces and enjoyed the magnificent views.Thank you for having us and many of my friends have now said they'll be booking it in the future.

Check out at 10 am is too early on a Sunday. Not enough supply of household items ie toilet paper, kitchen cleaning etc. needs to be supplied if only staying for the weekend. House is amazing, open plan and great view!

Absolutely amazing!

We had such a lovely time staying in this beautiful home to celebrate my birthday. Boasting gorgeous views, this home was just an overall delightful experience. It has a crisp, clean feel from the moment you enter, and all the windows allow so much natural sunlight as well as opportunity to take in the breathtaking views. The location is great, only a short drive to local food places and the beach. Stephanie was a pleasure to deal with, extremely accommodating right from the beginning and was happy to answer any questions I had. Without a doubt, I would happily book this house again! Great house - plenty of space and large sunny deck with views for relaxing

House was fantastic and had everything you could want for a long weekend away with 5 friends. As a first time visitor to Mornington peninsular the location was perfect for us as half way between the winery region and Portsea area. Loved the front deck and the view from the house and spent lots of time out there. Stephanie was very efficient and provided all information we could need re house facilities. We were there in winter so chilly outside at night but heating worked a treat even in the large open plan lounge space. Would loved to have spent more time there!

Brilliant stay

My husband organised for me to stay here with 10 of my girlfriends as a surprise for my 40th birthday! What an amazing weekend we have had! Clean, fresh, warm, plenty of space, great views, comfy beds. Would recommend to anyone who wanted privacy, space, relaxation. Thank you!
