Just a simple manufactured home on the outside, but an immaculately clean interior that was cozy and comfortable. Requested an early check in and they were able to accommodate…very helpful!I was in page for work for a few days so it was just my wife and I…we never received an email with the access code but the host responded immediately and had us the code so no issues there. We didn’t use either of the other 2 rooms so can’t comment on those, but the master bed was comfortable with good linens, and the master bath had everything needed. Kitchen was decently appointed and everything seemed to work just fine. Overall a great stay, would absolutely stay here again.

Could easily be a 5-Star!

Needed a book of instructions in a conspicuous location. Didn’t see network instructions until the second morning and didn’t know how to operate TV, which services we had available, how to play a DVD, etc. Also, was very surprised by the check out policy, which I had to ask for:CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:- Check out before 10:00 AM- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:- Remove all perishable items- Take out the trash- Wash and put away all used dishes- Strip linens from all used beds- Place all used linens and towels in a pile- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances- Close and lock all windows and doors- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found itI don’t want to sound too negative, because we did enjoy our stay after I figured out how to operate the TV.

Antelope Canyon Stay

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. Very comfortable and close to Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon. Good restaurants also close. Very clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was very quiet and we were there on the weekend. Only thing I would add would be a table in the living room for holding drinks.

Page location

We had a very pleasant experience. We were able to do our laundry and regroup after several days on the road. It was very clean and we had a lot of space and privacy. We would book this location again if we ever come through this area. We thought it was excellent.

Fun in the sun

Had a great time with my husband and adult children. The property was great. Had everything we needed. Plenty of bedding and towels. The kids said the bedrooms in the front of the house were a little hot so maybe a fan in there would be nice. We had a great time and spent 2 and ahold days at the lake.

Page FAMILY Trip

The property was clean and hD plenty of room for us. Two king beds and blown up matresses were shown in the advertisement. There was only 1 king and no blown up mattresses. The password posted on the refrigerator did not work. So we called and left text message for Ian but it was never answered. The 2nd contact finally answered my text and told us to use that same code. Then we were told of a second code by the tv. That did work and all was well.

Not quite what we were expecting......

We didn't expect too much as this was a very reasonably priced Evolve rental. But there are a few things other renters should be aware of, and if you're OK with these, then this rental will be fine. Firstly, the home was clean, and the beds very comfortable. It is also central Page, handy to all attractions. So that was good. The owners were very attentive when we first arrived over a small problem. But future renters should know the neighbourhood is not the best - very scruffy, old, with an abandoned home next door. We didn't feel very safe - that may be because of our own misconceptions, but that's how it felt. When we opened the door there was an extremely strong and pungent smell of air-freshener. We subsequently found 4 plug-in air fresheners in this small home, and we found out why. There was a very bad smell coming up through the plug holes in the basins in the bathrooms, and coach-roaches in the showers. Half of the lamps/lights did not work in the bedrooms. But the worst thing was the air con unit which switched in about 11pm at night and made such a noise in and outside the home, that neither of us could sleep. We could not turn it off. It was VERY loud, and this is a small home. It ruined our stay unfortunately.

Great place, great location, and nice large place with big fenced back yard. Very nice/comfortable.

Great place to stay on our visits to Page. We visit regularly and would stay here again. Good experience, enjoyed large home and having our dog here with us and the safe/fenced yard. Very comfortable she was crated at night and when we were a balloon festival. We enjoyed our relaxing time in our old home town.

Clean trailer pleasant

It was clean and overall well kept . Mislead by saying 3 blowup full mattresses they were twin size. Pillows and beds were okay but not the most comfortable.

great place to stay relax after a day of adventure

We had a wonderful spring break! Quiet neighborhood, clean, pet friendly and everything we needed. Comfortable beds after a day of exploring the area. Extra bedding for cold nights and family movies on the big couch. When we had trouble with the wifi one night we were very grateful for the well stocked dvd collection. kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals Close to museums, grocery, restaurants, Lake Powell, Navajo Nation, Antelope Canyon, River etc...

Very disappointed. We left immediately

Upon arrival to this property we were surprised because the reviews were great. First thing we saw was an abandoned looking mess of a house directly next door. Scary looking. We walked into the rental house, everything was clean but nothing about the reviews resembled what we saw. The furniture is really worn out. The backyard was full of weeds and was not big as discribed in past reviews. The neighborhood leaves much to be desired. We called the owner to tell him there was no way we were staying. He was very nice. That was the one upside to all this. We immediately left and went to hotel down the block. Not what we wanted to do after being in the car for 6 hours to get there. The management company took weeks to return an email I had sent before this trip even started. Not great. I told them what was going on once we left the property, they took my report then quickly told me there was nothing they would do to help me out. Not a great way to start off my kids Spring Break. We will not be renting any more properties from Evolve Management.

The house was very clean. We were 2 families of 9 people. It had everything we needed and more. It’s a hassle free stay, location is ideal, close to everything. I will surely stay again if I come back to Page, AZ. Will recommend to all my friends.

Cute little home

This little home was so welcoming. Set up with snacks and drinks and everything you could possibly need. We met the owner and he was one of kindest people ever. You can tell he took pride in his home and wanted every visit to be enjoyable for his guests.

My son loves to fish so every day I drove him to Lees Ferry which I thought was closer but close to an hour drive. He absolutely loved it and I just took in the beauty and God’s creation... Property was very clean. Loved the munchies and bottled water made available. Not something you find anywhere.

Comfortable House, Quiet Neighborhood

House literally was furnished with everything you needed including shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Just needed to bring personal toiletry items. Kitchen had everything needed to make meals even a crockpot to have a meal ready when you get back home from the lake. Washer and dryer with some neccessary items to wash clothes to head home with clean clothes. Neighborhood was very quiet with plenty of parking in front of house. Would definitely stay here again on next trip.
