We loved our stay at Gindanha. A true farm stay with friendly and accommodating hosts just a 15 minute drive from Orange. The separate house was modern, clean, well equipped and comfotable. Beautiful vistas with the tranquillity of the country. Breakfasts provided were exceptional with hosts committed to fresh produce and sustainability. A great location for a relaxing few days and excellent base for the region.

Maggie and Ron are fabulous hosts! Our cottage was beautifully presented and very eco friendly. Everything was perfect, idyllic scenery, quiet and peaceful. We had fresh milk in the fridge and Maggie even made us blueberry cheesecake and a cooked breakfast! Our dog Archie had a great time too and was welcomed.We left with fresh eggs and homemade jams and marmalade! Wish we lived closer, we'd be back more often.

Absolutely wonderful stay with attentive, welcoming and warm hosts. The B&B is to the side of the main house, but has its own private retreat area and garden. Maggie is taking everything off grid, so you’ll be recycling everything from plastics to tea leaves. She and Ron are doing an amazing job!

Excellent country getaway

Maggie and Ron were excellent hosts and went out of their way to accommodate us. The property is beautiful and the accommodation was exceptionally clean, well appointed and comfortable. The breakfasts were a real treat. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay at this country property which is detached from the main residence. We stayed there for work. Ron and Maggie were great hosts and went out of there way to cook a homemade breakfast every morning using produce from their garden. Very clean and quiet which was great as we were working late. Would definitely stay at this property any time I am back in town.

Amazing location and beautiful place.

We can say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Maggie and Ron are just lovely. It is such a great location, and they are so welcoming. We completely recommend you to stay there. Maggie gave up so much of her time to show us around and introduce us to her animals! Feeding the sheep and Alpacas was really fun and they both have a great story to tell about their lives so far. We would definitely come back if we find ourselves nearby. Thank you Maggie and Ron. And just a mention for the breakfast which was also fab.

Beautiful stay but not much privacy

The owners of the property were extremely lovely and accommodating, they were always around and keen to chat to us. The property was beautiful, however we felt the advertisement was a little bit misleading. Of course it's expected to bump into the onwers on a farm stay, but their house was only several meters away from ours which isn't shown in the photos and they were always around either in the front yard or directly behind our house. Sometimes we could see them doing gardening and work outside our bedroom and bathroom windows and it was tricky to go outside for a walk and to relax without having a long chat. If this style of stay is for you then it's a fantastic option but it wasnt quite what we wanted. I'm still leaving a high review for Maggie and Ron as they're very nice, hard working people that have tried to create a great experience, just wasnt for us.

Comfortable, clean and cozy cottage set amidst beautiful gardens and countryside, with one of the most comfortable and warm beds ever! A refreshing nature getaway. Appreciated Maggie's home-cooked breakfasts as well!

Gindanha country getaway

Very peaceful farm close to Orange. New, clean comfortable and sunny. Maggie and Ron very friendly and informative hosts. Maggie is a wonderful cook and used everything they grow to deliver breakfast to our door. They also welcomed our 2 miniature sausage dogs. AWESOME!!!

Perfect Orange Getaway

Maggie & Ron were fabulous hosts, Gindanha is an absolute gem. All the amenities you need for a getaway and as a bonus the lack of light pollution means on a clear night the milky way stands out like you might not believe. About 10 minutes into Orange, very peaceful - I'd recommend to my family & friends.

Stunning property, great well accomodating hosts and a lovely locally sourced breakfast! It is worth noting that an additional pet fee of $25 per pet is charged which isn’t listed on the ad.

Country getaway

Maggie & Ron were amazing hosts to their beautiful property! They were warm, welcoming and taught us so much about farm life. The property was warm and cozy and just perfect. Maggie’s daily homemade breakfasts were heavenly. Had so much fun meeting the animals. Sweet Magnolia, Samantha, Susan and Sarah will have a special place in our hearts ❤️. Highly recommend Gindhana!

In a word - heaven!

I knew this was the place I wanted to stay at as soon as I saw it. Maggie and Ron are such warm hosts and they have the most comfortable place to stay in the most beautiful serene surrounds. Next trip I'll stay for more than one night. It was the perfect place for the mini break I needed.

Get Away

We had a lovely time at Gindanha. Maggie and Ron were fantastic hosts. The property was cosy and clean. Maggie's home cooked breakfasts with homegrown fresh produce were delicious. Maggie took us on a tour of her property showing us how she grows her own fruits and vegetables she also gave us tips on how to start out own garden. We were able to forage freely, highly recommend to do this. Would definitely recommend their jams

In love with this place!

This is our second stay at this beautiful property! Our dogs and us had a wonderful relaxing time here! The breakfast was delicious and the property was well maintained in all aspects. Maggie and Ron are friendly and attentive. Love hearing their stories about how they turned this originally vacant land into something so beautiful within short few years! Lovely getaway

Loved my stay at Gindanha. Maggie and Ron were fantastic hosts and brought lovely fresh meals every morning for breakfast. Their property is stunning and in a great location - it is quiet and relaxing, but only 15 minutes from Orange where you can find plenty of cafes and shops. The cabin was in great shape - it seems almost new - and had everything you could want, from air conditioning to blankets, to cupbaords stocked with teas and jams made onsite. It was a lovely getaway.
