Lovely apartment,everything is clean and new, fully-equipped kitchen with everything we need. Coffee machine and capsules provided satisfy our need for caffeine. Will definitely be back on our next Melbourne trip.

Well Equipped and Perfect for our stay

The house is really well equipped, very comfortable and had everything we needed for a happy, easy stay. We were visiting relatives for a month and found that the house became our "home from home". The owner was really easy to communicate with and responded quickly and efficiently to our queries. The local shopping centre is about 3 mins drive away, as is the train station where there is a good half-hourly service into Melbourne CBD. All facilities were excellent and the house had washing, drying, cooking and cleaning equipment. The bed was really comfortable, as was the indoor seating and the back yard, complete with pizza oven and barbeque, was easy to use and very convenient. A quiet, lovely area within easy reach of the freeway and beyond. Highly recommend!

Perfect property for short or longer term stay. Kitchen and bathroom/laundry was beautifully appointed. The property was immaculately clean. Everything has been thought of. Highly recommend.

Cosy, warm with plenty of toys for 8 month old, 3 yr old and 6 yr old. Very clean and well stocked for everyday essentials. Great location too - 20 mins from airport and close to shops, food outlets and parks

Perfect home away from home

Had everything we needed while we renovated and made a home away from home. Fran super easy to deal with, prompt and efficient in answering questions. Perfect place for the two of us and our small jack russell pup. Super clean, cosy place. We will be back!

We Felt At Home And Like One of The Family

From the moment we walked in we were so happy to see such a lovely home. It was spotless, welcoming, and our host had even left us some cheese and crackers as a welcome gift. After such a long trip from the USA it was much appreciated. Our host was available any time we had questions and she gave us many ideas on things to see and do. Many brochures were left for us to take a look at as well. We have rented other properties and had good luck but our stay in this property was by far the best. We spent 3 months here and grew to call it home, we felt completely at ease here, at ease to reach out to our host if needed and got quick responses, and the neighborhood is beautiful. Great for walking to so many interesting locations. In addition, the neighbors we were fortunate to meet made us feel so welcomed. Catching public transportation is pretty simple. There are many great tourist sights nearby. We couldnt have been happier that we were fortunate enough to have been able to stay in such a beautiful home with such a gracious host, in such am amazing country!

A very nice two bedroom house!

Loved the location, easy to walk to the shops and family. Nice,clean place. Max (dog) loved lazying around the deck. Went for walks everyday. The property is suitable for small dog. Will be back next year for a longer break. Thank you Fran and Andy for your hospitality.

Family + Pet Friendly

Good value accommodation with high end interior. Spacious, comfortable and has everything you need for adults, children and pets. Owner Frances is very accommodating, considerate and quick to respond to any question. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay close to Melbourne but farther enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The house meet all our needs - we travelled with two small dogs and as the house described a secure yard which made us feel happy to leave them while we went out for the day. The house had everything we needed also.

Beautiful and tidy property

The property was beautifully presented and had all we required for our stay. However the Rinnai wall heater was not working. This had been replaced with an electric bar heater which I was reluctant to use with a one year old wandering around.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

Our first time using Stays. Francis’s home is perfect. We needed somewhere close to Tullamarine Airport as we were dropping our son off to go on school camp. We usually book apartments in the city if we travel to Melbourne. The home had absolutely everything we could possibly need. And half the price of a city stay, yet so close to shops and restaurants. Beautifully appointed and warm and cozy. Beds so comfortable with linen of a high standard. Outdoor area perfect for our children (6 &7) to play. Perfectly relaxing stay. So great we’ve booked for next week when we pick our son up from the Airport. Look no further for comfort and luxury at a great price x

I have kept my Melbourne property as this gives me somewhere nice to stay when visiting family and friends, although when I'm up North I love to share my home with other travellers.
