OPENED ON JULY 1,2017 you can now experience luxury beachside living in this luxurious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.

The open plan kitchen, living and dining spaces make the most of the natural light and stunning vistas. The well appointed stone benchtop kitchen with stainless steel 4 burner hob gas cooktops, oven, dishwasher and microwave allows you to engage with guests or family whilst entertaining. A spacious walk in pantry includes access to your own espresso pod coffee machine.

The spacious master bedroom includes a luxurious 5 star hotel quality queen bed with a deluxe ensuite, television, built in robes and views out over Port Melbourne. .

An additional bedroom with a queen sized bed and built in robes is located at the rear of the apartment. A functional central bathroom with shower also services guests.

A laundry with a separate washing machine and dryer can be found off the main hallway.

Your very own private entertainers balcony includes traditional Hamptons style adirondack sun lounges as well as a 6 seater dining table allowing you to take in the vista and sea breeze.

Guests have access to a 50 inch high definition TV and access to superfast WI-FI internet.

The Hamptons Apartments building offers guests secure entry, lift (excluding to gym), basement car parking (at an additional cost, subject to availability), a fully equipped gymnasium as well as a stunning rooftop entertaining deck with amazing views of the CBD and Port Melbournes beaches. From the moment you walk in, our interior decorators have worked tirelessly to take you from the streets of Port Melbourne and into the upmarket seaside locale of The Hamptons. Step into our stunning foyer with classic Hamptons floor to ceiling white wood paneling all whilst taking in our custom made 21 light chandelier hanging proudly in the center of the reception.

The Hamptons Apartments guest facilities include a gymnasium as well as a stunning rooftop entertaining deck with amazing views of the Melbourne CBD skyline and Port Melbourne beaches is open all year round. Enjoy a barbeque, relax on one of the sun lounges or settle in with friends and family (or your laptop!) in one of the dining or entertainment spaces. The 360 degree vistas will make any time spent on the Hamptons rooftop a memorable one.

Located only 130 metres from Port Melbourne beach, soak in the relaxing village feel while discovering local beaches, popular cafes, restaurants and boutique shops - youll be spoiled for choice. A major supermarket, chemist and bottle shop are only a few minutes walk from our building. Youll also find we are a short 11 minute light rail trip straight into Melbournes City Centre.

Arrival Details:

We offer a 24 hour check-in service. If the property has a guest departing at 11am then check-in can be arranged for anytime after 2pm. If it is vacant the night before we are more than happy to arrange an earlier check-in time. We will be in touch to arrange a suitable time.
Upon arrival, we will be there to meet you, check you in and provide you with keys and also give you an introduction to the building and your apartment. If you have any questions we are more than happy to help you.
Secure on-site undercover car-parking is available in most of our properties, providing you with 24 hour unlimited access for you to come and go as you please. Car parking charges may apply so please ask about this when making your enquiry. Parking is subject to availability, so please ensure you mention that you need a car space when booking.

There are some limitations regarding the size of car that we are able to accommodate - the maximum vehicle height is 1.7m, Length 4.9m andWeight of 2 tonne.

Parking is also available through Ace Parking located only 100 meters from our building. (entry via Rouse Street near the corner of Bay Street). Short and long stay car parking options are available. Telephonefor more details.


Your apartment is designed to be totally self-contained with all linen and towels, a washer and dryer and a vacuum cleaner provided. Housekeeping can be arranged for an additional cost. Please enquire upon booking. We will provide you with a starter pack of toiletries.

Getting to Port Melbourne

Getting to Port Melbourne by tram is on # 109 (to Port Melbourne) from Collins Street and takes about 11 minutes.

Alternatively bus, # 238 from the corner of Collins and Market streets to Bay Street takes about 25 minutes.
