My family and I had a lovely stay. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and the bedding and towels were clean and fresh. Finding the property was ok as my wife had been on Google Maps before hand and had worked out it probably had access issues, in that you have to park in the street below and the property is accessed by a steep public path. Also, no instructions were received from VRBO for arrival arrangements and I had to email the owner. The address couldn't be found on my sat nav, but it turned out the owner had given me the wrong house number. So going on my wife's info I basically tried the house she thought it was and was successful. I initially parked up as per suggestion in the 'Welcome Book', but the next door neighbour asked me to move, saying it was her parking space (nothing appeared to be designated), so wanting to keep the peace I moved my car further down the road... not an issue. St Dogmaels is a great area and in close proximity to many picturesque beaches and places of interest. We had lovely meals in both The Ferry Inn and White Hart. The owner expresses the issues with the rear garden and I concur it is very steep but the views are spectacular. I would conclude due to the positioning of the cottage and the rear garden the property the rental cost is about right. I would gladly revisit.
