The apartment has everything that's needed for a family holiday 🙌 excellent presentation and quality 👌 as well as cleanliness 🤗 It's location allows for easy walking to restaurants & transport. We had a great albeit brief stay 🙏

What a stay!

Lovely Home. Excellent Location.

We spent several days in this lovely Melbourne home. Clean, comfortable, and the location could not be better – convenient to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Charlotte was extremely responsive to questions etc. We would stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend.

Luxury family short stay

Great communication with the host / very reassuring. A wonderful property - which gave our family a ‘home base’ very close to Melbourne CBD / Lygon Street, and also ‘residential’ / relaxed with an amazing outdoor area. All the amenities you could wish for. To sit outside each morning in absolute security / peace was relaxing.

Beautiful Accommodation!

We were a large group - 2 families of 4 adults each - who stayed for 3 nights. Communication with the host was very easy and fully comprehensive check in instructions were received. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The property was very clean and spacious with plenty of room for everyone, and the area was lovely - with a tram stop about 100m away and plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants all around. Would definitely stay here again!

Family holiday

An excellent location. Everything is on your doorstep including the trans. Great soundproofing from the double glazing. Very clean and tidy but unfortunately smelling a little bit like old smoke from cigarettes. This cleared up with opening all the windows when we first arrived. Thank you to Charlotte for allowing us to check in early. We would be happy to stay again.

Melbourne visit for a family wedding

Lovely property in a fabulous location in Carlton close to restaurants, shopping, parks and museums. Charlotte provided on point directions to the property, and when we arrived and had a small plumbing problem, she was able to get a repair person there within a few hours. We had a little trouble connecting the television, and couldn’t find a manual about the house. But all was well and we figured it all out. We highly recommend!

Amazing property and location

location was perfect end of Lygon street with the tram stop literally across the road. House was wonderful and Charlotte was great to communicate with. I would highly recommend this for a stay in Melbourne

Love love love!❤

We had the best time here and this place is gorgeous, we originally rented it to use the outdoor space but due to the weather we couldn't. The inside spaces were still perfect and we had the best girls pamper weekend!. Close to food-soooo much food! And easy to find. The property manager was incredibly responsive and on top of any requests we had. We all adored this place and would definately use it for a group again! Thank you so much for a fabulous-relaxing girls weekend away :)
