Overall, the house needs significant attention and a deep cleaning. The bathrooms were particularly disappointing — the master shower requires stepping down into it, which is not very user-friendly. The grout and caulk throughout the bathrooms were in poor condition, with caulk just piled on top of old layers. The bathtub in the hallway bathroom was so dirty we chose not to use it. The bath mats were very dirty, we ran them through the washing machine twice. The kitchen was cluttered, with cabinets and drawers disorganized. The listing also failed to mention that there are multiple step-down areas inside the home (from the foyer to the living room and again into the kitchen). While this wasn’t a problem for us, it could be a serious issue for anyone with mobility challenges or using a wheelchair. This should have been disclosed in the listing. Listing said there were 3 parking spaces. 2 on driveway, 1 in garage, there was already a car parked in the garage.The back deck was very weathered and uninviting, and we didn’t feel comfortable even considering using the hot tub. In addition, the pictures online are outdated and do not reflect the current state of the property.The one positive aspect is the location — the home is easy to access and sits in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood.
