One of our favorite places to stay when we visit. We've stayed here numerous times. We even stayed an extra night this year(on accident ) and the owner was very understanding/accommodating.My only complaint would be if anyone is in the unit above, foot steps are loud! It would not deter us from staying again though

Yes good

Good place for a couple or small family. Be wary that if you’re book on the 1st level and have a booking above you that you can hear every single step above you. But aside that I’d book again

Boom from above

Location is great. Condo was great for me and my fiance.. the biggest problem we had was there is no sound barrier between you and the floor above. You can hear every step they make and it sounds like they will come through the ceiling on top of you.. vacation naps are impossible in this condo is your upstairs neighbors are there.Great little place, but what i mentioned alone is quite the setback. If you don't mind not being able to nap, then you're good to go in this cute little place.

Not great but cheap place to stay on the beach

Pro’s: This is a cheap place to stay “on the beach.”Con’s:The walk to the beach includes walking out and over a berm. The upstairs neighbors have to walk right up to your back door to rinse off after returning from the beach making the back deck not so private. Sand falls through their deck and onto you. The air vents and some curtains had mold around them. After it rained there was standing water outside the back door which must have penetrated the wall causing an interior GFCI outlet to trip. This is probably why people had problems with the “touch lamp” next to the bed. The back deck had a screw sticking up that would catch your feet. The apartment was all one room and when the dishwasher was running it was obnoxiously loud and leaked water on the floor. As listed, parking is tight and we had to ask the upstairs neighbors (who had 3 vehicles) to move one of theirs over to their side. Overall, I think this place could be nice with a little maintenance, deep cleaning and a separate wash station at the bottom of the stairs for the neighbors. Which might help keep sand from accumulating and falling through the deck. Not all of the neighbors wanted to walk through our chairs and disrupt conversations to wash off after the beach. It was a little awkward having the neighbors and kids walk through our area to wash off.

Wonderful location

We have stayed here before and loved it! Came back again and some improvements were made on the rental that we very much enjoyed! Would definitely come back again!

Short trip

For two it was perfect. Out side patio needs a little love, updated. Neighbors next door mean mugging you as they go up stairs is great but if lattice was fixed that problem would be solved., and throw away that old broken chair.

Beach Front Navarre, FL

A very nice quaint cottage connected to other properties. Directly on the beach, with beach access. However, we were awoken in the middle of the morning at 2:30 AM by some large vermin, possom, racoon or nutria rat within the walls. It was scratching vehemently and we thought it any moment it would come through the ceiling on the wall.

Beach access

We loved our stay!! We have stayed twice now at this property. We love the ease of beach access, you simply walk out of your back door and a few short feet and you are on the beach. The owners are great to work with and very nice. We will be back for sure.

Couples Retreat

perfect for a couple! a quaint studio that has been newly redone, you can tell The porch is great but I did miss not having a second level for beach views while staying at the condo during rain, etc. You do not get beach views from the porch. The dogs being allowed was great! The host is very responsive and gives great welcome instuctions and checkout list to do's.

Great location and perfect for two

Great experience! Just steps from the beach and perfect for two people. Heads up though, it’s on the bottom and the floors are thin. You can hear basically everything the upstairs neighbors are doing. The refrigerator went out on us but the host took great care of us and was quick to respond to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay overall 🙂
