Moldy and bad management
We asked for a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. When we arrived at 8 pm there was a big machine in the front yard and a wet moldy basement. The bedroom, bathroom and laundry room were unusable. The thing is they KNEW the house was not habitable when they rented it to us. They sent me an email which I never saw as it went to my promotions screen. It asked me to respond to the fact that the house was not as advertised. When I didn’t respond they never bothered to follow up to see if I knew the house was not suitable for our group. It was too late to leave that night but they told me they would “only” charge me $150 for the night. They then tacked on $500 IN EXTRA FEES. In addition the house was filthy- the floors were caked in black dust, the dishes were not washed and the backyard was full of dog poop. The smell of the mold was overwhelming. Moose management is the worst and unscrupulous also. Very disappointed
