Good location for our purpose. Clean but could be better. 2nd bedroom ceiling light needs a new bulb. No hairdryer which was expected.Expected 3 full baths not the 2 full, one half provided.

Maui 2025

The condo has a nice layout, it was tidy and neat when we arrived, but the floors had not been washed and the walls/doors around door knobs needed to be cleaned. We were informed a couple days before we arrived that the dryer was not working and they did not know when they would receive parts, and it did not work the whole 10 days we were there (which was unhandy for wanting to wash clothes and towels as there was nowhere to dry them. we did buy a small clothes drying rack, which we left in the condo, so hopefully the next guests will have it for drying towels etc..) The washing machine filter was also plugged, but my husband was able to clean it as we did not want to wait for maintenance to come, as we would have wanted to be in the condo when they were there, and that would have taken away from our island exploring time. The one bedroom also had a bad odour in it, so we continually sprayed febreeze everyday. the condo manager said they will be investigating and doing a deep clean of the condo for future guests. The location was ok, but the condo is on the other side of the road from the beach, so you basically have to get in your car everytime you want to go to the beach as the road is very busy and there isn't a sidewalk. There was a very pretty view of the ocean from the decks (especially the deck off the bedroom).

Disappointing Stay

Our stay was disappointing due to several unresolved issues and poor communication. Two days before arrival, we were informed that the dryer was broken. With six guests and no extra towels provided, we had to spend part of our vacation at a laundromat—highly inconvenient and not what we expected.More seriously, we encountered a rodent in the upstairs bathroom and found droppings on our freshly washed towels. We reported it immediately, but the response was vague and dismissive. Traps weren’t set until the following evening, after repeated follow-up. Meanwhile, we had to disinfect our belongings and manage the situation ourselves.The unit appeared nice in photos but was not thoroughly cleaned. The lack of attention to detail and sanitation was noticeable.What made everything worse was the communication—or lack of it. Emails went unanswered for weeks. When they finally replied, they blamed spam filters and offered no apology. A 10% refund was eventually issued, but it didn’t come close to making up for the disruption or stress.Would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property due to poor management and lack of accountability.

Private oasis minutes from Black Rock Beach

Enough space for both my kiddos to stretch out and an amazing view from both lanais. We had a minor issue with the oven the first night and they had maintenance come first thing the next morning to fix the issue. We can't wait to go back to the island.

Great location and space

Loved staying in this property and the proximity to a great beach with adjacent parking. Appreciated all the beach chairs and snorkel gear that was available to use. Can’t wait to return to paradise!

Great Property in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was the perfect size for my family of 6. I was happy to find beach chairs and umbrellas to use. I would highly recommend this property.

Loved it! Perfect home away from home

After two resort cancellations, 1 being just a couple weeks from our ETA, we were panicking trying to nail down a place to stay. We came across this great condo & couldn’t have been happier with our find. This modern condo suited our 7 person family perfectly. We had plenty of room and had everything we needed. Kaanapali Beach is a quick jog up the road, grocery stores and shopping is within a few minute drive. Communication was very helpful and always had a quick response. We would choose this condo without hesitation for our future Maui vacations—hopefully won’t be too long before we make our way back to paradise! Mahalo!!!

Beautiful Villa!

We could not have been any happier during our stay in paradise at this villa! The pictures online are exactly what the property is like in person. It is a beautiful home with so many amenities! We truly enjoyed our time there. The location is PERFECT for everything! The beach is a quick drive (and lots of parking available) from the villa, or you can walk it too. The owners checked in with us a few times to make sure nothing needed to be attended to. Our family was there with 3 teenagers (12-18) and grandma, there was something for everyone. The beach chairs were an added bonus! They were greatly appreciated and used often! We would absolutely stay there again when we visit Maui. Being a homeowner who also lists on Vrbo, I expect a lot from fellow owners' properties, and this place did not disappoint!

Shower leaked through ceiling during 1st 2 hours of stay

Within the first 2 hours of our stay one of the upstairs showers leaked through the ceiling to the first story of our rental. Admittedly, the 2nd day of our visit was when the terrible Lahaina fire started. We had to evacuate on our 4th day very early in the morning. From the first day on and throughout our stay the majority of our communication with the VRBO management was through auto generated computer messages. My heart does go out to the people of Lahaina.

Perfect for our family

Roomy and clean property. Three full beds, one queen and one king with 2.5 baths. 2 beautiful patios. Plenty of space for my family. Good location, close to beaches. Important to know, you have to drive to beaches. You can walk down a road without side walks and cross a 6 lane road, but we just drove. There is no grill/bbq, which was disappointing. The home is well equipped with wifi and tv. Master bedroom sheets kept coming off the bed, as previously stated in other reviews and should be replaced. The kitchen needs some equipment like a pizza cutter and a metal turner. Otherwise, a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.

The home was in a great location walking distance to the beach and beautifully updated. Each room has its own AC unit which was nice to be able to adjust to each persons preference. Only gripe is that neither the unit nor the property have a BBQ so we missed out on grilling, but definitely not a deal breaker.

The condo was very nice. Very comfortable. Good location. Pool was very nice. No iron as advertised and did not get a response on this while we were on site. Ice maker leak was promptly repaired though. Highly recommend this condo.

Family friendly & clean

This property fit our family of six perfectly, with room for a couple more! Staying in this side of the highway has its perks but it’s also a little harder to find a way to get to the beach. Once you get the hang of it though it’s not so bad. Everything we needed for our week here was provided, and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

Family getaway

Nicely remodeled condo. The cushions on the lanai are quite dirty and could use replacement or a good cleaning. BBQ either on the lanai or in the common pool area would be great. There are BBQ tools in the kitchen!

Quiet, well equipped and comfortable condo.

We rented a car. The condo was very comfortable for two couples. It is centrally located to go to excellent restaurants in Lahaina . We drove and did some shopping in Wailea & Kihei. We are foodies and it was well equipped for the dinners we made at home. We worked a bit and the wifi was excellent. The TV streaming APPs made us extremely happy as we could binge watch shows. The washer & dryer was very convenient. The Westin and the beach was a short walk. Beautifully decorated. We would come back in a heart beat ! Thank you for being so attentive and asking if we needed anything !

A beautiful condo in Kaanapali

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 8 (2 grandparents, 3 adults, 3 kids (including a 10 month old) enjoyed this beautifully remodeled and furnished vacation rental. The sunset view from the living room, lanai and master bedroom were breathtaking. The amenities and beach / pool items were so nice, so that we didn't have to bring it from home or rent it. We'd definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place in the area! Pros: Easy access to parking lot, entrance to unit, trash and pool. So many amenities, including for kids (bassinet, toy, high chair, beach chairs, mat, body board, beach towels etc). Bath tub was great for the kids. Couch was big and roomy. And the lanai had a great couch as well for eating outdoors. Location was great to enjoy what West Maui has to offer - Lahaina, beautiful beaches (best to go early to secure parking - we tried to go around 7-8am). Cons: Appliances (dishwasher didn't dry thoroughly), air conditioner (a bit difficult to maintain ideal temperature), dining table (a bit small for 7). Location is great for adults (about a 10 minute walk to the beach), but tough to walk with kids.
