新着！ プライベートプール、ヤード＆スパ付きのディズニーエリアヴィラ

Hi Jovana, the homeowner has asked us to share this response: - Thank you for your valuable feedback. The pool service is scheduled weekly to ensure consistent quality and cleanliness for all our guests. Your visit coincided with the weekly maintenance schedule. - Concerning the toilet paper, our cleaning staff ensure that all bathrooms are provided at least one roll. As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the guest is responsible for purchasing more if needed. - Thank you for making us aware of the pool furniture; it has been power washed. The outside grill is no longer advertised, as it is decommissioned and not available for guest use. We appreciate your feedback so that we can continue to provide exceptional stays for all guests!

Hi Precious, we’re glad you enjoyed your stay overall, but we’re sorry to hear you experienced some issues. We followed up with the owner and they wanted to share the following: “We are planning to update a few things in the rental that are suffering from normal wear and tear. The carpet and the mattresses are at the top of our list. We will also make sure the listing clearly states what parking is available. Thanks for your feedback and we look forward to making these improvements!”

Hi Jacqueline, thanks for taking the time to leave your review! We passed your feedback along to the homeowner, who wanted to clarify the following: -Thank you for your feedback. Receiving feedback is crucial for us to be able to maintain the very high standard that we believe our property offers. Prior to check in our cleaners do a thorough clean and inspection of the property. The carpets are regularly shampooed by a professional contractor to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and appeal. We are sorry to hear that the carpets did not meet your expectation. That being said, and in light of your feedback, we have decided to replace all the carpeted flooring with hard flooring this year to ensure our renters may enjoy the very highest of standards. -A full set of towels were provided and placed throughout the property. When you shared your concerns with our property manager, he promptly provided a full set of new towels. -We understand that from time to time, one or two slats on vertical blinds may become dislodged. Prior to check-in, the blinds were checked as part of the pre-stay inspection. However, after check-out, we noticed that a large number of slats were removed/knocked off. Had this been of significant concern, I know our property manager would have promptly addressed this in as timely a manner as the towels. -We understand Xfinity had service issues in our area during your stay. For this, we are sincerely sorry. As you may recall we did credit you toward your booking as compensation. -All outside areas are thoroughly brushed prior to check-in and a professional pest control service is under contract. Inspection of the property after checkout did not show any sign of pests but thank you for bringing this to our attention as we will ensure an additional visual inspection is conducted prior to check-in. Thanks again for your insights as we continue to improve for future guests!
