This is our 2nd stay here at Eagle's Nest. We just all love it here! The space is very functional, well laid out and we loved sitting around the big dining room table for meals. The property is just down the street to the beach, where we set up camp every morning. It was easy to run back to the house for meals! The grill is large and easy to use. We will be back!!!

Excellent Beach House

House was great with an open floor plan for gathering, kitchen was well equipped, large gas grill and great deck/outdoor area, very secure fence for our 2 dogs, beds were comfortable and house had 3 TVs, ample parking in front of house, very short walk to a great beach at end of block. Definitely a place to return to for more family vacations.

Perfect!

The location to the beach was perfect and the house had everything we needed! We brought our smaller dog with us and the totally fenced it yard was perfect to make her feel at home, it was great to have a house that was not only “dogs allowed” but totally dog friendly!! We can’t wait to stay again

Ferry Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our second stay at this great beach house. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We had plenty of room for our family and dogs. Yard and deck was great for getting outside. Plenty of parking spaces made it easy to park four cars in front and explore locally.

This property was absolutely wonderful! The kitchen is well stocked and roomy. We sat at the large dining room table for most meals. The deck outside is large and very accommodating. The deck lights are great too! The bedroom on the lower level gave us more space and storage. The ac was welcomed as the beginning of our trip was quite warm. Thank you for a great week in Maine!

Beach Getaway

Very nice house. Short walk to access nearby beach. Terrific outdoor deck space and fenced in yard for dog. Nicely updated interior spaces. The owners were easy to communicate with and available to address any problems, but we had none. Walkable to local lobster pound, Camp Ellis, and short drive from attractions in Old Orchard Beach.

Beach Home

It was easy to communicate with Dave. Lovely neighborhood and close to a clean Sandy beach. The only thing was one bedroom was tight and no closets but other wise our family enjoyed our stay. A huge nice deck and hot and cold out-door shower. Great yard for dogs but if you have a curious dog that likes to wander, you will have to watch because the left side is not fenced in. Great location to everything. Thank you for a wonderful memories-Sabina and family💗

We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay! I wonder if the next door neighbor removed their section of fence (?). If so, it will be replaced before next season.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Eagle’s Nest. Pros included a well appointed residence, a central kitchen with all necessary cooking tools, a large table area with plenty of seating for games and big meals, the AC split unit, a fantastic large deck with comfortable furniture, an outdoor shower with hot/cold water, and ONLY 174 steps from door to beach sand. VRBO really should add another category such as restful sleep! Eagle’s Nest gets SIX STARS on a five star scale!!!! Significant credit must go to the owners being wise enough to equip all the beds with extremely comfortable mattresses. We have stayed at many B&B’s, motels, hotels, summer rentals, Disney, and other VRBO rentals, and this is the very first place where all five of us had a restful night sleep all seven nights of our stay! Thank you, David! BRAVO!!! When you go on vacation, a solid night’s sleep in many rentals is a rarity because of cheap mattresses. Eagle’s Nest knocked this one out of the park with very comfortable mattresses!Dog friendly host offering a fenced in yard, AND a raised deck with a sliding gate was a comfort for us, knowing our dog was always safe, but also raised up do she could keep watch on the neighborhood. We hope to be back, same week, next year!
