This was hands down one of the cleanest spots we’ve ever stayed in! The hosts were very sweet and helpful, but also gave us privacy which is always an added bonus! The view and sounds of the waves at night were pure serenity and the layout of the house made it feel like we were staying at a proper beach house. Such an amazing time and stay, can’t wait to book this house for future holidays and also recommend to all my mates, cheers guys you are doing an amazing job!

Good location with easy access to Central Coast and/or Lake Macquarie. The property is immaculate with lots of modern features that enhanced a very comfortable stay.

Fantastic stay at Catherine Hill Bay

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Robert and Stella's property. The flat was spacious, super clean, perfectly equipped and had great views of the beach. It is a couple minutes walk to a beautiful beach and easy drive to explore more beaches and everything that Lake Macquarie has to offer. We are already thinking of coming back after this amazing weekend ,

Perfect getaway

Stella and Robert provided an immaculate property and unforgettable experience in Catherine Hill Bay. They were lovely people and were more than helpful and accommodating. They provided an in-depth guide to the property as well as some detailed information (Venues, Restaurants and points of interest) and history on the surrounding area, and implore all to read through it as alot of effort was put in.The property was a very modern one, with state of the art features and was quite functional allowing guests to use it to their comfort. The kitchen and living room was the highlight of the property, the bathrooms were clean and luxurious, and the bedrooms were beyond comfortable. The apartment provided such a cosy stay with comforting ambience of the ocean waves and cool ocean breeze, I urge prospective guests to look into this stay if they want a relaxing setting away from city life. 5/5

Beautiful location and so much to do!

Hosts were lovely, property beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. Fishing spots minutes away with a multitude of options for shopping, fishing, swimming and beaches all within 10-30 minute drive. Highly recommended..

Fantastic property in a great location!

Robert and Stella were great and were able answer any queries we had about the property. The property is everything as described and has a great view of the Beach and was very clean with everything you would expect in a new house. We had a great time while we were there and won't hesitate to come back again!

Very pleasant stay.

Very nice stay. Absolutely spotless. The hosts Robert & Stella seem such nice people. One point to note - you’ll need to navigate stairs (in the apartment and to get to the beach). So not for the very elderly - but great for everyone else!

A beautiful house

Everything was good. Helpful and friendly hosts. Construction sites are noisy as they start early in the morning. All steps getting up and inside the house can be tough for people with knee problems

Beautiful apartment with stunning beach views and steps from the beach

This property is absolutely perfect for friends, families or couples. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The balcony and it’s ocean views was the perfect place for a coffee in the morning. Beds were super comfy. Showers were lovely. The gardens of the home you walk thru as you head to the beach are stunning! Super easy access to Moonee Beach. 15 min walk to Catherine Hill Bay beach. We will certainly be back. Slice of paradise offered by two lovely hosts. Thank you!

Fantastic location!

Beautiful home with the comfiest beds, amazing location and lots of fun for kids! The beaches are so easy to access and great for young kids to explore with creeks and rock pools. Rob and Stella thank you for having us :)

Great short stay

Clean well equipped property in a fabulous location. Short walk to the beach and everything you need for self catering. Really appreciated the information guide which provided clear instructions on the house amd surrounds. Would definitely come back again!

Gorgeous place and location

I had such a wonderful time at this place, such a relaxing and peaceful stay. The beach across from the property Moonee beach is lovely, so nice and quiet. The place itself is a two story apartment, very privately separated from the owners house. I ended up having a solo stay and I felt so safe staying at this property by myself. At the top of the stairs the main door grants you access to a secure foyer/lobby area and then inside the foyer there is secure access to the apartment and the owners have their own secure access to their place. Robert and Stella are wonderful hosts, everything I could have needed was available at the property. Such a clean, modern place, kitchen is beautiful and the heated floors are amazing for cold winter nights. Excellent smart tv in a decent size with access to all streaming services and channels you could want. I stayed in June 2022 mid week and construction noise was not a problem at all, I didn’t notice any noise as most of the estate is now built. The estate is lovely, such friendly people live here, each morning I would walk the beach and locals would say hello as they were doing their morning walk/exercise. This place I believe would suit anyone solo traveller/couple/family. I would love to stay again. Thank you for having me! :)

Perfect location at a reasonable price only 90 mins from Sydney!

So welcoming and accommodation is just beautiful. It has a shared entry to the owners, however completely separate living quarters, almost like living in a 2 storey town house. All the mod cons (and literally mean modern). The highlight are the beds.... probably the most comfortable bed (and not to mention pillows) I have ever had other than the ones I have at home... it was hard to leave, only the beach, which is literally across the road and down a 2 min path, was calling us. We have a little 2.5 year old, and there is a small water way that runs into the ocean just at the end of the path, and could have literally stayed all day if it hadn't had been for sunset. The beach itself is nice and quiet, not patrolled though, so swim at your own risk, a few little rips there.

Excellent accommodation and position

We spent a few days here and the location is perfect as a base to explore the area or to simply relax and enjoy the beach. The path down to the beach is basically at your doorstep. The accommodation was quiet, spotless and everything was quality. Our hosts Robert and Stella greeted us warmly but then allowed us our privacy.
