Small cozy home

Cute small house. We did have to step on a couple of roaches (hope no one minds) the shower mat smelled of urine. The master room pictured to have 2 beds and explanation of the beds did not mention it was a queen , and rest of rooms had 1 full sizd bed. There was only 1 room with 2 beds. This ad for this house needs to be updated to show single beds.

Birthday fun

This was a great house for us to stay for our daughters 21st birthday. Far enough from the business of being near the casinos but close enough to get to them and the boardwalk in a short time frame.

Run down neighborhood, not as described

Most of the houses in the neighborhood were neglected and in severe need of repair, some had bars on the windows and doors. When we arrived after 5pm to check in, the property had garbage in the front yard, and a car in the driveway. Also, there is no carport. We contacted the host to tell him that we were not going to stay and requested a refund. He refused to refund any of the two weeks' rent, service fees, or cleaning fees. I'm sure that if it had been rented for a month he would have kept all of that. A night or two charge for inconvenience would be more reasonable for a cancellation, if the property was as described.

Christmas Getaway

This location definitely meets your expectations and more. There were a lot of things that we brought along with us because we weren't expecting it to be available. Once we arrived we discovered all of those items were already available for us. Thanks for the great Host and Property Manager. We will definitely be back in the future

Great weekend with family

Property was very clean and plenty of room for the kids to spread out. Fresh fruit was left for us, as well as a bottle of wine. That was a great touch. There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed but I did let the owner know. Overall great stay.

Great place with a great owner and great location

Property was more than expected. Owner was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure our stay for our 2 weeks was amazing. Highly recommended place when you’re in the area.

Great house. Great host

We stayed here on a business trip. The house was clean and send to be newly remodeled. Our business went two days broke what we expected. The host was easy to communicate with and made it easy for us to book the two extra days. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.
