Bellingen central

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The property was sparkling clean and well equipped with all the extras you may need. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Great advice from the owners on local attractions and restaurants. Enjoyed our meal at Qudo Japenese Cafe. Some upgrades being done to carpark that you drive through to get to property make the driveway a bit temporary, which is understandable with all the rain.

walk to town Bellingen

Beautiful ,new, exceptionally clean Granny flat style cottage behind the main street of Bellingen. The cottage has everything you will need to self-cater and is a moment's walk to the shop.The garden is still a work in progress. Jasmin is a wonderful host who moved our booking forward by 1 night with no penalty as we were delayed by car troubles on the flooded roads. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Right in the heart of Bellingen, everything is within an easy walk. Quietly situated to the rear/off the main road this well-appointed property is an excellent "home from home". The friendly, helpful owners have presented the cottage beautifully ....I'm scared to give it too good a review in case it's not available for my next trip!

Peaceful, perfect location and beautifully equiped

Great communication with fabulous suggestions based on our interests. Kitchen was extremely well set up with everything required for a holiday stay. Perfect location to walk to shops, restaurants and facilities in town.

Charley on Hyde is a beautiful property, well appointed and very spacious for a couple.

We stayed 2 nights and had a great time. Good location right in town and walking distance to cafes restaurants and shops. The recommendation to eat at Qudo Japanese restaurant was great, had a lovely meal there.

Stylish, modern and spacious in the heart of Bellingen

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stylish, beautifully appointed place in the heart of Bellingen, as well as experiencing the beauty of the Dorrigo rainforest and superb ocean swimming at Sawtell Beach. Perfect little cottage

This cute little one bedroom cottage was well located right in the heart of Bellingen within easy reach of shops, cafes, the museum and a myriad of photo-worthy historical buildings. Everything has been thought of when setting up the cottage. A well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed with blankets to suit all climates, and spacious, nicely decorated sitting and dining rooms. This home away from home was perfect for our three night stay, and the host, Jasmin sent us enough information to keep us busy for longer. She’s a great communicator and responds very quickly.

Relaxing and Enjoyable Stay

Contemporary, well appointed suite with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. Ample parking on the grounds in the centre of Bellingen. Our host was friendly and informative.

Home away from home

What a fantastic property, so private and comfortable! Jasmin is a wonderful host and takes such good care of her guests. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore 'Bello' or just needs some down time.

Beautiful Clean Modern Home in convenient area

We loved our stay! The home very clean, comfortable and modern. We were super impressed with the added special touches like appliances, fresh linen, wifi, toiletry and kitchen items, extra blankets, picnic basket and Netflix. Jasmin was very easy going, friendly, respectful and super helpful with local recommendations on places to explore, eat and visit. Highly recommend! When we decided to become hosts we envisioned a place where our guests could immediately unwind, relax and feel at home. We envisioned ourselves offering our guests that country charm so that they fall in love with Bellingen the way we did 25 years ago and would keep coming back.

So we the owners have painstakingly purpose built this home in Bellingen ourselves over 18 months for our guests adding the little luxury and comfort details that we ourselves have come to love during our travels.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We have ensured that the whole home feels big and spacious with high ceilings, open plan living and a big full bathroom plus an additional toilet

We installed a heated towel rail to ensure that your towels feel dry, warm and fluffy every time you wrap yourselves in them.

We installed heated flooring in the bathroom for those cold Bellingen winter nights and mornings keeping you toes toasty warm

There is ducted air conditioning keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer.

The ceilings and walls are double insulated ensuring natural even temperatures.

There are quality ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area to keep you cool.

We have installed large windows and a triple sliding door to patio to create lots of natural lighting and breezeways

We have equipped the kitchen with new dishes, glasses and serving ware for your entertainment and dining purposes.

We have installed a large screen smart TV with google play. We have NBN for your use and you have free access to Amazon Prime Movies and TV Shows. You can also access and play Spotify through the TV.

We will provide you with tea, coffee and breakfast muesli. The kitchen will have cooking essentials oil salt and pepper.

If arriving on a public holiday we will make sure you have milk eggs and bread as well.

We are happy to consider any requests and would happily accomodate them if we can. We would like to make sure you enjoy your stay and that we enjoy getting to know you.

We look forward to meeting our guests and to provide as much interaction as needed.
