The location and convenience of this house was great. However, the the water pressure for the entire house was very poor. I was told "the pipes too were small" and it was "just a quirk of the house". The guest bathroom shower was hardly a trickle and never warmed, and the toilet flush was very weak. The kitchen was difficult to use because it was also very weak. Along with the water pressure, the staircase railing fell off of the wall the first time someone grasped it. It appeared to be installed improperly. The sleeper couch was also broken and sinking, and there was no trundle bed.
Cosmetic wise, the flooring looked like it was installed improperly, leaving gaps, and was beginning to buckle. There was also a cracked mirror and a window that didn't lock. Finally, for the three day stay, we were only given three trash bags, three dishwasher pods, and very thin dish soap. It would have been a non issue, but the checkout instructions required that all trash be thrown and the dishwasher running. After three days, we no longer had enough of anything to comfortably accomplish these tasks. Overall, the appearance and function of the house was that it was a bad flip, and we felt hoodwinked. We had booked a space with at least 5 sleeping spaces and 2.5 baths, but we ended up with 3 sleeping spaces and 1.5 usable bathrooms.
