I would like to clarify for future guests that we provide modern 4K Samsung Smart TVs, which offer a wide variety of streaming apps and internet-based channels. As stated in our listing, traditional cable TV is not provided. Guests are welcome to use the pre-installed apps or log into their own personal accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney , etc.) to enjoy their favorite content in high definition. We believe these modern features offer more flexibility than basic cable, and we are always available to help if anyone has questions on how to use them during their stay

We have also installed dehumidifiers to ensure the air remains fresh. • Maintenance: The bathroom fixtures and towels racks have been secured. We strive to provide a 5-star experience, and I’m surprised by this review, as it appears to be a copy of an older comment that no longer reflects the reality of our home. We have recently updated the entire property, including the HVAC system, lighting, and safety alarms—everything is in perfect working order. The guest requested to extend her stay for cash outside the platform. Unfortunately, I had to decline because the house was already booked by another guest for that day. It is disappointing when a host is penalized with a retaliatory review for simply following the rules and honoring other guests' reservations.
