This house is in a great location, close to all activities in Branson. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were plenty of towels and toilet paper in the bathrooms! We enjoyed all the games provided and the movie theater stadium seats, along with the hot tub! The host was easy to reach and work with. Perfect house for our large family gathering after Christmas.

Absolutely terrific location for a large group getaway of any kind! We did a organizational retreat here with 12 adults, none of whom are related to each, and there was plenty of space for both sleeping and small group work. The property is especially well-suited to making all meals on site - there is plenty of refrigerator and cabinet space to store food, and a great selection of cooking dishes and materials. The property team is highly responsive to communications before and during the stay. The property itself is immaculate and well-maintained.

Perfect Family Getaway

This house was spectacular! All amenities were covered. The hosts communicated and went above and beyond expectations. The indoor and outdoor pools assured you had fun activities rain or shine. 100% would recommend for a large family gathering.

Great property!

The house is excellent for large groups! We had plenty of room and the kitchen was nicely stocked for a large group. If stocked by the owner or left by other renters, there were extra paper towels and trash bags which was appreciated also. There was also plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Friends reunion

Christina’s place was the perfect home for our friends reunion! We were a large group of 5 families (10 adults, 11 kids) and the house had plenty of space and activities to keep everyone entertained. We would 100% recommend this home for your next Branson vacation.

Family Time 2024

I cannot say enough good about this property and our host Christina! It is beautiful and spacious and so well stocked. The media room was a huge hit with the kids and the fire pit and outside lounge areas were especially enjoyed by the adults. There was also ample parking for everyone in our group. We utilized every area of this property and cannot wait to come back next year!

Business Retreat

Great stay for our senior team strategy retreat. House was perfect. Our team didn't want to go out because the house was so comfortable. Clean, large, and very well stocked. Great place to stay with a group!

This was a beautiful property with views of the lake. We had a group of 19 and we didn’t feel crowded at all. We loved being able to eat together. The teenagers loved the bunk rooms and all the games. A boat ramp was just a couple of minutes around the corner. Christina was always quick to answer our questions and make recommendations. We would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect

Family vacation with 17 adults and 14 kids. Christina was so easy to get in touch with if we had a question or need. She responded so quickly! You will love the beautiful home that has an absolutely perfect location in the development and in relation to all the shows.

The view of the lake is spectacular

Bright and shining was our first impression. The host was very informative prior to our arrival. Not one snag in getting settled in. The house is well equipped and most comfortable. The location is most convienient to all that Branson has to offer but is quiet enough to offer serenity and a lovely view of the lake. Our family reunion was such a success and in most part because of this accommodation. We can't thank the host enough for the pleasant stay.

Wonderful stay

I have never stayed in a VRBO with so many amenities and accessories provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, garbage bags…..and not just a starter set. It was really nice to not have to travel with all of those extra travel necessities. The house was very clean and had well thought out spaces to gather and sleep. Fun walk down to the lake, awesome indoor pool and speedy responses from Christina. So grateful and appreciative.

Exceeded Our High Standards

A few times a year our 6 - 7 member sales team gets together for budget and performance reviews. We require separate bedrooms each with separate baths. We also need table and chair space. There are enough table and chairs for probably 50 people! This house was fantastic with multiple refrigerators and even two sets of washer / dryers. Rooms were fantastic and comfortable. The media and game were perfect. The house has a very nice view of the lake. We’ve meet at many locations across the country. This home is right at the top. Plus it is within a few minutes of everywhere we wanted to go - city or golf. I can’t recommend enough.

Great corporate party house!

Our company decided to reward our hard-working employees with a weekend getaway. We had a mix of families and singles. The house was nicely set up with seven King bed suites to accommodate the couples and their kids on the Murphy beds/pull out couch. Two bunk rooms were occupied by the singles.. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing food and the dining/great room had plenty of tables for sit down eating together. The owner did a great job setting up the lower level with two pool tables, foosball, air hockey, pac man and Big screen with theatre setting. Location was close to many things in Branson and the Lake view was a bonus! I would definitely consider coming back!

Family get together

The property was just as the description and reviews explained. We had 8 families, including our 16 grandchildren. There was plenty of room for us all to have time together, but also to be alone, which is also very important. We not only used the indoor and outdoor pools, but the Moonshine beach was only 5 min away. During our stay we had some difficulty with the oven. Christine, our host, responded to my email almost immediately on a Saturday night. She made multiple phone calls on a Sunday. By Monday our issue was resolved. Her concern and rapid response was to say the least, inspiring. I would definitely recommend this house.

Softball team families stay for National Tournament

We had seven families stay for the week long softball tournament in Branson. The ages of the girls were 13-14 with some younger siblings. The house was marvelous, just as advertised. The bunk room was perfect for the team girls to sleep and the second bunk room offered a great place for siblings. The downstairs game and theatre room was perfect for the kids to hang out. The large bedrooms with en suites were a wonderful setup for all the parents. Plenty of seating in the dining area with four large tables to eat, hang out, and play games. The kitchen was very functional as well with two refrigerators and a large island countertop. Grill worked well as we grilled up some steaks and ribs. Overall, the house was very clean, functional, with a great view of Table Rock Lake. Would definitely recommend to families and friends looking to stay and have a fun time.
