Trip for softball tournament

Worse place we stayed

Upkeep was terrible Rugs warn and dirty. Same with furniture upholstery. Advertising hid fact that there were stairs to get to bedroom. Need real company to inspect

Very clean. Could have used a lot more towels. Carpet could stand some attention. Small cosmetic things. Very poor master bedroom design, unless your into group stuff.

Good location

The outside of the property is a little nicer in appearance than the inside. The carpet of very dirty but that is the only complaint as far as cleanliness. The fan in the guest room does not work and check out by 10am is a little difficult. Most check outs are 11am.

Very worn

The walls, have lots of marks and smudges. The carpet had huge stains and was ripped in several places. The furniture worn, we actually bought sheets to use as covers. The arm of the recliner kept falling off. The beds were very lumpy. The management company very quick to respond when the dishwasher flooded. Did not realize that bedrooms upstairs. Not clear from listing.The location was great for our purpose. There is a nice Webber grill steps from the unit which we used several times.
