Goodyear Air b n b

Great air b n b, nice quiet neighborhood with great amenities! Nice and big for our party of 8, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Only thing I would recommend is a full length mirror for looking at your outfit when you have an occasion to go to. Also the bedroom TV took a long time to get to live TV when not wanting to watch one of the apps, kind of difficult for my older parents to figure out. Other than those minor things it was awesome!

Excellent house

The house was in excellent condition and matched all of the pictures in the listing. Plenty of room for many people and great bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location to get to the main highways and baseball parks for Spring Training. The only knock was that the owner had a heater installed for the pool recently and it was not working. Temps were a little cooler (end of March) and the water temp was about 60 degrees the whole time so we could not use the pool. In their defense though, they did say in the listing it was not a heated pool.

Pool (not heated or cleaned)

At first everything looked great. The place has four nice size bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. I think because the owner doesn’t live in Phoenix things are not addressed. Broken screen door, broken tv in one of the bedrooms, cushions missing on chairs outside. The biggest thing was the pool not being heated or cleaned. In my option this is unexceptionable & we should be compensated.

Hi Stephanie, we’re glad you enjoyed the spacious layout, though we're sorry some aspects fell short of expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:– We don’t advertise a heated pool since we don’t offer this amenity. The listing has been updated to make this even clearer for future guests. The pool is professionally serviced weekly, and during colder weather, the focus is on maintaining proper chemical balance while the solar cover is in place.– A previous guest damaged the screen door beyond repair, so it has been removed with no plans for replacement. The broken TV in one of the bedrooms has now been replaced.– While most outdoor cushions were in place, one had blown into the pool due to high winds and has since been returned. There are 10 outdoor chairs without cushions, along with additional cushioned seating under the covered porch. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve the guest experience. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.

Great experience

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Our stay was excellent. We were in town for my graduation at GCU. Had a group of 5 adults that fir comfortably in the home. Very spacious home with everything that you need to make any home cooked meal. Our host was amazing very accommodating and quick responses. This is one of the best properties that we’ve stayed at . For sure we’ll satay here in the near future.

Best Family Vacation

This property is amazing! The house looks exactly as pictured and there were many amenities that we didn't know were going to be there. We needed a family getaway and this gave us a great opportunity to do this safely, during these crazy times! I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a beautiful space to stay! Our property contact was very nice as well!
