Very nicely decorated and easy to get in and out with Schlage lock

We were staying with children who wanted to swim. Weather during our stay was in the high 90’s and the pools felt like they were heated to 80 degree plus! This was disappointing although this is the first time I’ve ever thought looks were too warm! Everything else was fabulous.

Home away from home! We loved Rocco’s condo. Rocco thought of everything.

The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t be more PERFECT! My husband enjoyed the golf. Shopping, grocery store and amazing restaurants all close by. We met so many wonderful people at the pool who we now call our friends. Rocco and Maria thought of everything and anything that you could need or want and we appreciated that attention to detail so much. Cannot wait to go back next year. We have stayed at quite a few condos and this one by far is our favorite. Rocco was a phone call away, and an incredible host. He was kind and very helpful and we are grateful to have met him.

Very nice Condo

Stoneybrook Golf Community was very nice. The condo was beautifully decorated and furnished. Rocco was very friendly when we spoke on the phone. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials you would need. It was conveniently located near 2 pools (one pool is right across the street from the condo) The other was a few minutes away near a tennis court, pickle ball, basketball court, softball field and Children’s playground. Right outside the entrance to Stoneybrook was Duffy’s Sports Bar which had great food, CVS, Miramar Outlets and Publix so you don’t need to go far if you don’t want to. I would highly recommend staying here. There were only two things that I would recommend that was not supplied; 1. Body wash for the shower (there was not any soap in the master bathroom, and only a used bar of soap in the guest bathroom, but who want’s to use a strangers bar of soap) 2. Beach towels for the pool. Chairs, coolers and noodles to float in the pool were conveniently located across the street from the condo in a locked closet under the car port. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for us. We had a great stay thanks to rocco who was super helpful. Check in was so easy and same for checkout. Rocco was even flexible as my son had a hockey game that ended after normal checkout. We would definitely come back again !

Amazing Property!

This property is exactly as the pictures depict and it’s in a great community. We were in town for a baseball showcase and this is the perfect place for a family to stay. Well appointed and the owners are very friendly and thorough. We highly recommend!!!

My first VRBO experience and beyond my expectations!

I was worried with this being my first experience with VRBO. You hope and pray the condo is really what it looks like in the photos. My Stoneybrook condo did not disappoint! The gate was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we were greeted by a kind gatekeeper that said the only rule was “ to have a good time”. The condo was immaculate, spotless and looked exactly like the photos. It was decorated with a beach theme and everything we needed was provided. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into making sure their guests felt at home and comfortable. I spoke with the owner before arriving and received an email with detailed instructions on what to do upon arrival. They also provided a detailed binder on what and where everything was located in the condo. It even contained pictures and descriptions of the surrounding beaches. There were books to read, movies to watch and any kitchen amenity you need. The beds were so comfortable. The storage unit had beach chairs, pool noodles and a cooler which we were so grateful to have! The amenities were outstanding. The clubhouse with the pool and sauna is close by. There is also a smaller pool literally across the street. The people at the pool were kind and we played bingo one night and borrowed the bocci balls and did that as well. We sat in the hot tub every night and I was glad it did not close unto 9:30. There are also tennis courts and pickle ball courts at the clubhouse and we really enjoyed pickle ball. We golfed one day and the staff was very accommodating. They gave my daughter and I a bucket of practice balls. Shopping right outside the gate was so convenient at Miromar Outlets. The Coconut Point mall and Gulf Coast Town Center are beautiful with every store you can imagine. There are so many restaurants in each shopping center as well as locals. This location is fabulous. I would highly recommend this place. My 2 weeks were exactly what I wanted.

Perfect Experience

From when you first walk through the front door, you feel like you're coming into someone's well cared for home. All the details to comfort and cleanliness are generous and thoughtful. The kitchen ,bathrooms, laundry room and linens are all 5 star plus.

Super Wohnung

Wir waren in den Herbstferien mit unseren Kindern (16 und 17) hier. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Golfplatz ist toll zu spielen. Die Pools sehr schön. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Stony brook stay for FGCU graduation

The condo was perfect! We were in town to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from FGCU. We were able to have several family meals and family time at the condo. It was wonderful.

Wonderful February Vacation

We stayed at this property for the month of February. This condo was exactly how described. The furnishings were new, appealing and very comfortable. The living area was open and felt larger after opening the sliding glass doors the lanai. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities plus some I didn't know I needed. Rocco was in touch with us before our stay and checked on us during our stay. Rocco even had cleaning supplies & other disposable necessities available to use. We would highly recommend this property to others!

Great rental in Stoneybrook

Very clean 2nd floor two bedroom unit. It’s the little touches that make Rocco’s place stand out. Very close to the pool. Residents were friendly and the amenities fit our needs. I highly recommend this rental. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning and beautiful

This condo is beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to detail evident throughout. The theming is gorgeous. Everything you need and more is provided by the owners making our stay feel like we were at home. The condo is well maintained. We look forward to going back.

Coastal, Clean, and Comfortable

This was a lovely condo, nicely decorated with everything we needed for our stay in Florida. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, the location was good, and Rocco was great to work with. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Everything I expected it to be from the pictures!

Home was very clean and had all the amenities in the kitchen regarding utensils and knickknacks needed to cook for your family. The one big thing that stood out however was the Master bedroom king size bed was absolutely amazing, and the pillows! Enjoy! Paul.

Welcoming and Serene

Having once lived in the area, I expected beauty and convenience. Even so, as I arrived, a family of deer crossed the road quietly to drink in one of the ponds, and the greens were so well tended that I was impressed once more. Rocco's directions led me right to the condo, the locks worked well and I never had a worry about safety. The condo was cool and clean and welcoming. I felt "expected." I loved the walking paths and proximity to shopping, activities and the local library. I wish I could have stayed longer-the condo was well equipped to cook and eat in. I would love to come back! We have two children a daughter who is 21 and a son who is 19. We love this area of Florida and it is our favorite place in Florida to visit so we purchased a condo here. The condo has a lot to offer and is a great spot for leisure activities. Its location is very convenient and it is near grocery stores,restaraunts pharmacy and Miromar Outlets. Even Costco is a ten minute drive. We visited here one summer and love this community. The beaches in this area are the best in Florida. The condo community is very close to all beaches in the Naples and Fort Myers area, even Marco Island is only a 35 minute car ride. There is a PGA golf course on site. We also love that It is a gated community with lots of activities and several pools. Shopping and restaurants are all closeby. It was everything we were looking for. Everyone who comes and visits or stays at the condo loves it. Its a great place to be.
