After your reserve with us, you will be required to sign a rental agreement & scan it back to us..
We will require a REFUNDABLE security deposit of $650.00 USD upon your arrival to the property, or via bank transfer after you have reserved.. We will collect these funds outside of the vrbo portal so that you won't be taxed. From the security deposit, we will deduct a one time exit cleaning fee of $85.00 usd and your electrical usage fee. The remaining funds will be Refunded to you at the time of your departure, providing that there are no damages to the property. we will pay for 10 kwh per day included in your short term rental rate.
