Beautiful home!!

This house is wonderful and in a perfect location. The hosts are very responsive and thoughtful. We stayed with 4 adults and 3 children and had a wonderful time. The home is well kept and very comfortable.

NH vacation

We had four families staying at the house. It was a nice layout with the first floor being very open so everyone could hang out. There was a large patio to spend time on and a table out there for dinner. The view from living room and patio is stunning. The kitchen was also spacious so multiple people could be in there getting a meal ready, and well stocked with supplies. The house was very clean and comfortable. We spent time hiking as well as went to Santa’s village (15min) and Story Land (45min). Property manager was very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was set for us to have a great trip. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend!

5 star - Palatial Accommodations & Picturesque Views

The best VRBO we stayed at so far! Here are the highlights I always look for in a review: 1. Great Host - Friendly, down-to-earth and check-in and check-out was easy. 2. Luxury Home - Expansive floorplan with bedrooms and bathrooms for days - perfect for an extended family get-together; Top of the line appliances and kitchen supplies - a chef's kitchen; Home is filled with beautiful décor, comfortable furniture, ornate, tiled bathrooms; crafted wood flooring with plush carpeting on stairs and bedrooms; Spaced out bedrooms for privacy - with comfortable beds and bedding. 3. Outdoors Galore - Wraparound deck with so much room for a 10 person meal on table with fire feature; sunbathing with great sun exposure, watch the sunset and sunrise from the relaxing hot tub; with kids playing giant jenga, cornhole, frisbee, kickball 4. Pool Table - Centrally located for all to gather and have a nice pool tournament or make a night of fun for kids and adults. All and All, a must if you're looking for a clean, open concept, relaxing, and entertaining home which we thoroughly enjoyed. We hope to rent from Jim again in the future.

Beautiful Property Minutes from Bretton Woods

We stayed in this property of Feb school vacation week with two other families. The house is beautiful - an oversized log cabin with cozy decor. It was located very close to Bretton Woods which made our ski days easy. The hose was very nice and communicative and it was an overall great rental experience.

Presidents Day Ski Trip

This property is special and great for families wanting to ski and spend quality time together. The views out the huge window overlooking the White Mountains is phenomenal. Beds, Kitchen, and amenities all great and very comfortable. Very close to Bretton Woods ski area which we really like. Jamie is great to deal with and easy to get in touch with. We had a great trip with all 8 of us and hope to get back for another trip again.

Stay was great but needs check out instructions

Stay was great and house was great. There were no written check out instructions. Cleaning lady showed up an hour early so we left. Owner was then upset that the house was cleaned exactly how he wanted it but we didn’t want to be there while the cleaning lady was there and there weren’t instructions about what should be cleaned.

Winter Getaway

By far the best rental experience we’ve had. The house was perfect, great kitchen for cooking and entertaining; huge family room with cozy fireplace and views of the mountains; hot tub and fire table on the deck; and the bed rooms were very comfortable. The owner of the home was extremely helpful and very welcoming, we truly felt like guests rather than renters. House is 15 min from Bretton Woods (went skiing) and about an hour to Cranmore (went tubing). The front yard of the home also turned out to be a great sledding hill, we had about 16 inches of snow during our short stay. We can’t wait to re-book!!

Exceeded our expectations

Jamie’s property was everything that was advertised and more. The property is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. The home is equipped with every amenity you could need for a worry-free stay. Jamie’s communication was seamless and his attentiveness to our guests questions throughout the stay made everyone feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you for your incredible hospitality. Family fun

We stayed along with 3 other families at the cabin. The house was clean, beds comfortable, perfect amount of space to play games. House had everything we needed and Jamie was great throughout the whole process. The hot tub felt amazing after a long day hiking. Yard was perfect size to play family wiffle Ball game and cornhole. Already told Jamie we are looking forward to renting again next summer! Don’t hesitate to book

Ideal vacation get-away house!

The house provided a perfect layout for a three family (6 adult, 6 kids) winter/ski get-away. It is very spacious, clean, and is equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The distance to Bretton Woods Ski area was a quick 12 minutes. The views were amazing and many hours were spent around the large dining table. It's the type of house you don't want to leave. Our host, Jamie, was great - he made sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a beautiful house to enjoy with a great location, this is it. We will be back!
