The condo was modern and very clean. Easy access to everything. Only thing that could be improved is to evaluate to increase AC flow to the master bedroom. It was warmer than the rest if the condo.

The condo was beautiful and very clean. We are going to try to stay here again next year. The resort had so much to offer for our kids and us. We didn’t want to leave!

Very very clean. "Going to grandma's" clean.

Owner kind and honest. 3yo crawled beneath the master bed with a white shirt on and came out without any dust or dirt on his new shirt. Counter and table tops, bedding, tubs all cleaned well. Enjoyed stay.

Beautiful Views!

The views in this condo are amazing! I love how huge and open the view from the living room is through the balcony doors. And the windows and balcony access from the master bedroom bring the ocean right into the room. I like how the balcony sliding doors are HARD to open and close so If you have little ones there is little chance they will be able to open the doors on their own. Huge master bathroom with walk-in closet. There are quite a few little things that one could nit-pick. One of the dresser drawers track was messed up and hard to open/close. The oven and refrigerator door handles are loose and need tightening and the freezer ice maker would start making a clicking noise in the middle of the night. But that wont keep me from renting this unit again. We loved it!

Unsatisfied

Very unsatisfied with VRBO And property management at Tide water. 1st we didn't receive any email verification at all. We also didn't have the code to enter our room and when I called the representative at VRBO she was very unprofessional and literally laughed about the situation. Once we finally got in our room we quickly realized that the heating unit was broke and the room Was at 50ﾟ. I called the property manager, she was also very unprofessional and said there was nothing she was gonna do about it. Didn't offer any accommodation at all whatsoever. So we literally froze on our 1st night. I'm very unsatisfied With both VRBO and Tide water and will not be back

Can't Wait!

Our stay was pleasant for the most part. The manager, Cade was very helpful when we needed an extra blanket and went out of his way to bring one to our room. The check in process is HORRIBLE!! I don't know why everyone has the same check-in time of 4:00pm. The check-in and check-out times could be staggered so everyone is not waiting on elevators with a cart full of luggage at the same time. Even when everyone wasn't trying to check in and out the elevator waits were Extremely long. Also, I couldn't get help with the noise above us. All 4 nights there was running and what sounded like gymnastics going on. With all that being said we enjoyed our LAST stay in a condo.

Fantastic Condo1305

The condo was great! Very clean, well decorated & updated. It was equipped with all amenities needed. The air conditioning worked amazingly good & the views from the balcony were breathtaking! The water was clear blue & beautiful white sand. The umbrella & 2 chairs provided at no extra cost was a welcoming bonus. The only thing not up to par was the elevators that at times were unbelievably slow. But not a big enough problem to discourage the stay in this beautiful condo-1305! Loved it!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Another stay at Tidewater

We had another great vacation. The condo was great except for a few minor issues. I had to buy a mop and mop the floors and put the stove handle back on. The bathroom tub would drain very slow. Over all I would rent this condo again.

Dirty floors, very slow elevators, one tv was not working, showers floors very dirty and not draining, very inconvenient and time consuming garage structure, don’t recommend it to anyone

Great condo

The condo was great except the floors needed to be professionally cleaned. No sand but if I took off my shoes, my feet were filthy after walking on the floors for a short time. The living room furniture was old and needed to be cleaned or replaced. The pillows need to be replaced on the beds.

Great Property - Communication Inaccurate

Overall, I would recommend staying in this condo with the caveat that you clarify any pricing information given to your in your e-mail from the rental property. The check in process was easy, and the condo was beautiful. The scenic view from the balcony every morning was breath taking and was probably our favorite part of the whole visit. Easy access to the beach, with premium seating to make the day more enjoyable. The only downsides we encountered were the amount of time it took to use the elevators (although, we were already anticipating this but hoping it would be better than it was - that's not on the management company, though) and miscommunication in the welcome email. We were quoted a price to rent additional chairs at a certain rate by the property management. When we went to rent the chairs, it was a decent amount more per day than what we were quoted, and we were told they were a 3rd party rental company that is allowed to charge what they want when they want. Ok, cool. When we contacted the management company to inquire about what they were willing to do to offset the discrepancy they quoted, we were met with an attitude of "sorry, not our problem". To be fair, the contract we agreed to does acknowledge they are not responsible for anything 3rd party, but what we pointed out to them is they ARE responsible for THEIR emails and what they put in it, and if they are going to quote a price without checking with the vendor first, they should be responsible for making the discrepancy right. There was never a response to my husband's email detailing our disappointment in this, and showing them exactly where in their email they misquoted a price. So, I would recommend staying here, but I would recommend questioning anything and everything with this management company before you just take their word on anything quoted outside their price to stay at the condo.

Nice time

The condo we stayed in was very nice and clean. It had plenty of room for my family. I would definitely rent this condo again. What I didn’t like and what caused stress during our vacation were the elevators. It could take 30 to 45 minutes just to get on an elevator to go down to ground level. I guess if you rented a condo on floors one through five it would not be bad. But that was not the case for us. Many times we had to take stairs 13 floors, which I guess did give us some exercise, but was very tiring. There definitely wasn’t a chance of going anywhere quickly. Which was inconvenient. So overall if they could figure something out for the elevator situation, the state was very nice.

Everything was great except the elevators. One of the elevators was out of service the entire week. The two that were working were extremely slow. Also two of the three pools were closed for maintenance.

Great Condo

The condo was wonderful overall but the elevators were a NIGHTMARE! Average wait time during the day was 10 minutes! Totally unacceptable for the amount of units. They had several that weren't working and at check in and check out times there were lines waiting on the elevators! Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Overall cleanliness was great. Rug in living room had a lot of sand. Maybe look into getting a new rug. Size of condo was great. Location was good. Close to pier park, shops, and restaurants. Very nice condo and location.

Much needed getaway

The condo was the perfect size and it has the perfect view of the beach and pier. I enjoyed waking up to see the ocean from the bay window in the master bedroom. It was very relaxing.
