Wonderful stay! Very clean and all amenities included. Backyard was great for the dogs and kitchen/living room area was big enough for 6 adults easily. We loved the screened in porch in the evenings and morning coffee. Definitely worth another stay.

This beautiful home is exactly as listed in the property details. We had 6 adult family members that went to Sebastian to celebrate a 90th milestone birthday for our Aunt. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in the area.

Lookingfor our new home

We stayed for a week as we closed on our new home in Indian River County. We loved this spacious and well appointed home. Our dogs loved the fenced in back yard! We highly recommend!

On the whole the Villa was good although the showers need some attention by resiliconing and the shower door on the bath being fixed. Paint work was also tired in places, which would not take long to do and it would be an excellent property

Lots of room. Clean and neat. Well stocked. We did add scissors and sugar to the stock. A small piece of constructive criticism: Ditch the wrought iron table and chairs on the back porch. The rust may stain your clothes.

Wonderful property

We have stayed in several properties in the Sebastian area when we visit family and this was by far the best one that we have stayed at. Loved the fenced yard for our little dog. We will likely choose to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Paradise indeed!

This property was exactly as advertised - ideal for pet owners. Neighborhood was quiet and great for walks, there were several nearby parks as well. Totally enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked. Eddie was very helpful and easy to reach. He is a realtor/property manager and was able to show us some properties for sale and rent. We would absolutely return!

Wonderful clean house, perfect location!

This house was absolute perfection for my family as we visited Sebastian FL for a family reunion over the holidays. The house is modern and clean, in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed to make meals, even a crock pot. We did not have a baby with us but there were things such as a dining chair and a pack and play for anyone traveling with little ones. The owner/manager was responsive within minutes of every text, even during post Christmas week. The neighborhood is situated with easy reach of US 1 and I-95, and there are plenty of parks and a nature preserve nearby if you like walking and looking at wildlife.

Great place for friends and dogs.

The dogs loved the backyard. The adults loved the screened porch when it rained. The house was well stocked however you should let renters know there is no soap or shampoo. Owners should provide directions for the TV. Eddie was great! He responded to two minor issues very quickly. His communication was perfect. Much appreciated. We highly recommend this house.
