Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m so sorry to hear that the apartment wasn’t properly cleaned when you arrived—that is certainly not the standard we expect for our guests. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have to clean before you could even start enjoying your stay. The sticky kitchen, bugs, and unpleasant smell are absolutely unacceptable, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. I will be addressing these issues with our cleaning team right away to ensure that the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and fully ready for guests upon arrival in the future. I’m glad to hear that the location and the apartment itself had potential, and I’ll be working to improve the overall cleanliness and maintenance to make sure that future guests have the experience they expect and deserve. Your feedback is invaluable, and I appreciate you bringing these issues to my attention. I truly hope you were still able to enjoy some aspects of your stay, and I hope to have the chance to welcome you back once these issues are resolved.
