I don't usually respond to keyboard warriors, the mentality being what it usually is, but in this instance I feel I need to. What some visitors to our small town don't seem to realise is that Wooli is quite remote, which is part of it's appeal, and when things do go wrong, we do our utmost to remedy the situation. Thankyou for reporting the issue with the garage door, tradesmen have come from 50kms away and repaired the problem, but unfortunately this could not be booked in during your stay. On a positive note, at least your car was undercover for the duration of your stay. Regarding the council bin issue, we only get a fortnightly collection for waste and recycling, so maybe you need to take your complaint to our local council. I am sure they will appreciate your constructive criticism. Thank you also for returning your keys to the property by putting them under a huge terracotta pot outside our office despite a large fluoro sign on the key return safe, 1 metre away, that stated "Please Return Keys Here". Just to let you know a key was broken by your actions but we replaced it at no cost to you. Thank you for your review, innacurate as it is. We pride ourselves on the overwhelmingly positive reviews by our thousands of guests annually. But for the 0.1% who you will never satisfy, I stand by the old saying that you can't fix stupid.
