Great location for Dillon Amphitheater show

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Great location to catch a show at Dillon Amphitheater or a launching point for many activities. We enjoyed being able to grill out and the secured parking were great features!

The Retreat at Lake Dillion is a great location to hit the different ski resorts in the area. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Great place to stay in a great location.

Not only did we enjoy the town of Dillion and everything you can access from walking right from the house, Dillion is also a short drive to many of great resorts in the area. We also made a day out of going to Rocky Mountain National Park. The house itself was very nice and very well stocked with everything you need for sleeping, cooking, and just hanging out. The view from the patio is absolutely stunning.

Mountain Views with Town Amenities

We loved Mark's place in Dillon. The condo was more spacious than I imagined -- with plenty of room inside and a nice patio with a view outside, all helping us enjoy visiting and relaxing. The space also had great amenities with easy parking, washer and dryer, and a full kitchen. The local farmer's market and an arts festival were just steps away in the green space and parking area nearby. We could also walk to the lake and greenway, with dinner also walkable and a short drive away. Communication was prompt and thorough. This condo is definitely the place to stay in Dillon.

Immaculately clean and perfect location

We had the best stay at this cozy Colorado condo! It was the perfect place for us to rest and relax after 3 days of skiing! We played uno and used the hot tub every single night, and we were able to enjoy our meals with everything the hosts provided. The unit was so clean and inviting, and the directions from host were spelled out perfectly! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Place!!

This was our favorite place we’ve stayed for a Colorado ski trip. The location is great, the hosts are very friendly and provided great instructions, and the place itself is really nice. It was very cozy to play cards while snow was falling on the great view outside. Highly recommend.

Mark’s condo had everything we needed. It was super clean and in a great location. Mark was very responsive to questions both before and during the stay, he checked in to make sure everything was as it should be.

Excellent Place To Stay

This was our second year staying here. It's SO close to everything--skiing, shopping, freeway access, etc. It is a quiet unit, with garage parking. It's nice that there are some kitchen basics for cooking that you don't have to buy! Well laid out floor plan and enough space for everyone.

So clean, bright and close to everything!

You will love Mark's condo! It is spotless and has a great layout. Bathrooms are huge! Lots of light in the great room with an awesome view. The kitchen has everything you need. Plus, Mark is a great host!

Amazing, clean, and relaxing spot

Mark's place is spotless. It's the cleanest place I've ever stayed. It was perfect for a week in the mountains to ski. The place has everything you need - including every kitchen appliance/utensil, patio, grill, and more. We really enjoyed our time here and plan to stay here again next time we are in the mountains. Also, Mark is the most responsive and hospitable host. You can't ask for a better experience.

Our stay was very relaxing & comfortable. Communication with property manager was easy & directions very clear. He provided a phone number should we have questions (but we didn’t because everything was well taken care of)! Would definitely recommend this condo!

Wonderful location and condo

This is a lovely condo; clean, well furnished, well stocked and in a great location. If you are going to an event at the Dillon Amphitheater, you are within walking distance (about 2 blocks). Mark, the owner was very accommodating and was in contact with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I will definitely rent again.

Great Location

The location of the property was perfect. Not in the middle of town but still close to everything. Also enjoyed the parking garage…never had to scrap snow or ice off the vehicle!!

As avid outdoor enthusiasts, we constantly seek our next adventure. Whether we are skiing, hiking, biking, walking or playing any sport, Summit County is where you will find us when we are not working.

Our Townhome is fairly new (Built in 2005) and sits on top of a shopping facility in an extremely peaceful and private location, across the street from Dillon Town Park. The access is overly secure and the underground, heated parking and storage keeps the sports equipment out of the home and near the car. The ability for us to lock the unit and walk outside without worrying about security is paramount for us as is walking to the lake, bike path and restaurants.

Grocery Store only 1 mile, 4 Restaurants (more to come) within a 2 Block Walk, Bowling Alley and Bar in Shopping Complex.

Winter: 7 World Class Downhill Ski Resorts (7-35 minutes away), 2 Major Alpine Resorts, X-Country and Snow-showing everywhere including the Lake (when frozen, at your own risk).
Summer: Friday, Saturday and Monday Night Concerts at Amphitheater (2 Blocks walk), Friday Farmers Markets (Surrounds our complex), Summit County Bike Path (2 Blocks), Hiking anywhere with all levels of difficulty from simple walks to Hiking 14er's (4 within 30 minute drive).

Free Summit Stage Bus: Stops regularly directly behind our building...will take you to Silverthorne, Keystone, Frisco and Breckenridge.
