We loved staying here! It is large, comfortable and bright and the location is perfect, just a short (though adventurous) drive to all the shops and restaurants in Coco but away from the crowds and touristy area. The beach is beautiful, with half black sand and half golden at the other end. The water is very clear, we even saw a large stingray in the shallows one morning. There is a fairly steep (but short) hill to get to this condo, so we got our leg workouts in whenever we went to the beach! There is a convenient shortcut path to the beach so you don’t have to go all the way back to the main entrance of the community. The kitchen is huge and has everything you could need (note, paper towels are not provided). The A/C worked great, the condo stayed cool even when it was off. The bed was very comfortable, but we would recommend adding some blackout shades or curtains in the Master. Also, there is a window in the door of the main entrance that someone could see in if the lights are on, we put a towel on it but a privacy curtain would be nice. There is a pool directly across from this condo and we never saw anyone there, the community is pretty small and quiet. There were 2 chairs for the beach, but they were the folding “camp” style and not at all comfortable. Carol, the owner, had excellent communication and provided all the information needed for our stay. The staff in the management office were very pleasant and helpful during check-in and out. Father Rooster's restaurant just next door on the beach has really good food, ambience and service. Overall, we really enjoyed this condo and we would stay there again.
