Thank you for renting to our family! We had a great stay. The home is as pictured- very clean, excellent home. Family with adult kids came into town for ND football weekend. Plenty of space, enjoyed walking to campus, hanging out together in home, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Great ND house

The location is excellent if you are in town for events at Notre Dame. Super convenient to campus, downtown and anything you may need. Owner was great and great to work with for this stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Phenomenal Stay as usual

Have stayed on multiple occasions with this host. Properties are always immaculate and well supplied, in particular the linens/towels are plentiful and in great condition.

Well appointed, spacious house for our family on graduation weekend. Extra bonus was the great outdoor seating area with an electric fire table.

Comfortable and very convenient to campus

Spacious, clean and comfortable stay here! We grew tired off staying a week in a hotel room during our annual trip to South Bend for AYOP. We enjoyed the charming backyard to relax in after a long day! The host was great! Definitely recommend!

Great outdoor space, perfect location

Have stayed with this host in the past. House in perfect shape as always and well supplied with linens and other essentials. Great outdoor space for grilling and hanging out with a large group. Quiet street with lots of parking.

Sporting Event - Stay

Fantastic housing for our stay in South Bend. SOOO close to Notre Dame where we had our sports function. The house was perfect for us. Loved the coffee bar and the comfortable beds. This was the second time we have stayed here and we look forward to a third time! Thanks for letting us use your terrific house for the week.

Perfect for Family Wedding

This was a perfect house for our family of 7 as we attended a weekend wedding at Notre Dame! The house was well equipped with bedding, towels, and kitchen items. The bonuses were the outdoor space, coffee maker yard games and complimentary bottle of wine! We appreciated the hospitality!

Lovely house and location

We rented two of this owner's property that were five doors down from each other for my son's wedding. I love the craftsmen and the outdoor space under the lights. The living room is massive. The dining room is very nice and it was a good place for us to get together.

ND House

This is definitely a guys house for Football games (men’s room). Great house, clean and great location. Would definitely stay there again. Floors creak a little so if anyone is a light sleeper they may wake. Plenty of room and great amenities.

My college roommates and I were all in town for another roommates son’s wedding. The house was incredible! Clean, very spacious, everyone had their own bed. The house was super close to ND where the ceremony was and for a nice walk around campus (we went to the University of Dayton). It was very close to all the rest of the festivities and for a quick run to the grocery store. The beds were VERY comfortable, in fact one roomie took a picture of the tag because she wants to buy one for home. We loved sitting out back on the patio the first evening there and then for coffee in the morning. If we could give the house 10 stars (max was 5) we would have!

Wedding Weekend

My family and I stayed at this home over the weekend of my son's wedding. It was perfect for our needs. While the wedding was not on campus, we appreciated the proximity of the house to the Notre Dame campus -- a 15 or 20-minute walk there or to Eddy Street. We also appreciated the off-street parking. The home was clean and ready for our arrival. When I reached out to Bill with a question about the house, he responded almost immediately. I would recommend this home without reservation.

Football Weekend at ND

We had a wonderful football weekend at ND. The house was very clean and well equipped. The location is convenient for walking to campus. Bill is a great host who responded immediately to any question we had and left us a nice bottle of wine. We would definitely stay here again!

As an involved ND alum and proud father of one, I found myself traveling back to campus many times during the year. I grew tired of the hotels and other rental options available in the area and decided to fulfill my dream of owning a home at ND. I helped pay for this dream by renting it out for some football games. One thing led to another and now I have several homes that are all less than a mile from the stadium. My homes are now 100% short-term rentals only and I remodeled and decorated them with that in mind. Having traveled extensively myself for many years, I strive to provide the amenities of a nice hotel with the comfort of home. I have partnered with a very professional cleaning company and linen service to thoroughly clean and sanitize between guests. I have also partnered with the Center for the Homeless and use some of the revenue from these rentals to sponsor their guests. I love sharing my homes and my love for ND and would be honored to have you as my guest!

The Harter Heights neighborhood is a gem in South Bend. As the closest neighborhood to campus (across the street from main entrance) and Eddy Street Commons, you just can't beat this location and family friendly atmosphere. That is why so many ND coaches, faculty and alum call it home!
