It was a beautiful spot and very convenient location but I didn't like the nickel and diming I got to check in or check out an hour early / late 50 dollars each time. If the room is ready 2 hours early why can't I check in? You really have to charge me 50 bucks when I am spending 1000s of dollars ? But overall it was a good stay

The property was beautiful and location is perfect! Our only issue is we missed the pool being closed the month of August. The management was very nice and did give a credit we were able to use for the resort pool next store. Overall a great experience and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Vacation Rental

Our group of seven had a great time staying on FMB in this condo. It was clean, comfortable, near restaurants and bars, and had great ocean views. We would definitely stay again!

Even better than the pictures!

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on the beach. It was clean and beautiful and more than fully equipped. Check in and check out was easy, too. We'll be back!

Toddler beach vacation

Perfect for our family with two toddlers. Definitely would recommend to others. Much of FMB is still in recovery from the hurricane and traffic on Estero is unbelievable. We had a great time. The condo has everything you could want for a home away from home.

Everything was fantastic! The location, amenities, and cleanliness. We stayed a week and had everything we needed. The pool was super clean and warm, we even cooked on the grills that were there one evening. I will definitely recommend this place to other friends and family and I will book again!

Amazing Condo with Great Views

The condo was very clean and inviting. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could ever need. We had four kiddos in our party and they loved the privacy of the small pool and being steps from the ocean. We will definitely be coming back!

Room with a view!

This condo is right on the beach and the view is amazing! Loved the lanai for its comfort and warmth in the afternoon (we had some cool days that first week of January). Wonderfully equipped, updated kitchen. Newly remodeled bathrooms. Beautifully decorated. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that one day the elevators and the internet were out for several hours in the middle of the day.

Lovely Beach Property

Right on the beach! Lanai doors open to a beautiful beach view and calming ocean sounds. Condo was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated the vacation equipment rental place as well, as they delivered right to our lanai. Our only hiccup was with the property management company and unable to enter our property on arrival and had no response to our calls initially. Would love to come back sometime if hiccups can be worked out!

Fantastic!

This property was the perfect location, quiet end of the island and the actual condo was beautifully decorated and fully equipped for everything we needed. We were able to enjoy 5 amazing days on the beach just walking right out the door and down to the beach entrance. We did not rent a car and never missed it. Just did an Uber from the airport directly to the property. Would absolutely stay again and have already recommended this condo to friends and family!

Getaway from Iowa

From the moment we stepped onto the property and into the room and gasped at the beautiful View from our balcony to the moment we literally said goodbye to our room three days later, it was an absolute Joy. Communication was thorough. Modern and beautiful decor. Right on the beach. How can anyone complain? We were saddened to see so many properties still affected by Hurricane Ian but the island is coming back and we are very thankful to see that. The restaurants were amazing. We are actually thinking about making a return trip as early as next month. Couldn't and wouldn't find anything negative to say if I had to.

GREAT also very disappointed about bedding

The condo was nice and the view was wonderful. We were very disappointed about the bedding. we had rented the condo for 8 and we had no sheets for the pull out bed. we arrived on a Saturday and it was later in the afternoon and could not talk to anyone to get bedding. Sunday asked house keeping for a set of sheets. (acted like they were gone to put them in our room.) never did. I did get a phone call on Monday afternoon asking how the stay was. They did bring us a set of sheets. A little to late as we were leaving on Tuesday. So My Mom (82 and sister slept on plastic. was not very nice. We paid for the 8 people we should have bedding for 8. how can you charge for extra and then not even have the bedding for them. ( this really shouold be a 5 star except it was really bad sleeping on plastic

Beautiful, comfortable unit with unbelievable views of the Gulf of America!Bed was comfy and unit was very clean and nicely decorated. White sand beach was outstanding and location was amazing.Only complaint was a constantly barking dog in the unit above us. While not under this unit owner's control, it did detract from our experience. Communication was generally very prompt and clear. However, we did arrange and pay for a late check out and were assured that the office would communicate that plan to housekeeping. Unfortunately, housekeeping attempted to enter unit THREE times before our arranged late check out time and our unit access code did not remain active after 'normal ' check out time.All in all, even with thes minor hiccups, we were pleased with the unit and location and would stay here again.
