Great location and accommodations

Our family really enjoyed the ease of location to peak 9 mountain and the town of Breckenridge. We can’t wait to visit again.

Great spot, arrive later, get up early

It was a great spot located right in the village. Super easy to strap on the boots and walk right to the lift (but be sure to go early, the line gets long fast). Easy walking to a large variety of restaurants, some even in the same buildings. Nice views, large rooms. Easy to get in and out. Very happy overall. Only issue is that even if you pre-pay for parking, you can't access it until after 12:00Noon, this is an issue if you plan to arrive early on your first day to ski, we had to pay for parking out in town, then go ski, then go back and get the car. Once we were in the parking garage, it was fine, plenty of spots, easy to come and go, very convenient.

Great location with proximity to both slopes and town, clean and spacious

Though a bit dated it was super clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. View was great with plenty of afternoon sunshine. Baths slightly small. Only gripe was that the coffee machine was too small for the size of the apartment.

Positive and negative of app for access.

The phone app for access is a slight pain, as you must always make sure you carry a phone even if just walking down to the trash chute or garage. A positive of the app was no check in visit or key retrieval from a central office or locker- just receive the text and complete the login on the app and you are good to go. Same for check out- just leave. This unit either needs a full size drip coffee maker or a Keurig type coffee maker. They had a very small drip coffee maker that made 2 cups at a time.

Great location!

This unit was perfect for two couples to enjoy all that Breckenridge has to offer! We walked to the ski lift during the day and Main Street at night for dinner. The view of the slopes from the living room was an added bonus! Would highly recommend!

Love the Wetterhorn

Amazing view & location. Updated, comfortable, the unit was all I had hoped for. The game room/common area for the complex is outstanding. Hot tubs (4) indoor/outdoor heated pool, pool area for babies/toddlers. A steam room & sauna. Pool table, games very roomy... What more could you ask for? Our unit fireplace was gas, on with the turn of a knob. We loved it.

Perfect location and great amenities

Loved our stay! It was perfect size for our family of 3 with a 4 year old and my in-laws. Although, we didn’t get a chance to use them there are hot tubs, swimming pools, and arcade games. You have access to close by hiking trails and downtown restaurants and shops. The views from this unit were stunning!

Everything was great, nice and clean. Beautiful condo and great service. Had to move to a new location due to maintenance at original property we booked. They did an excellent job of contacting us and helping us find another condo. Really clean, well stocked unit, with lots of space and wonderful views!

Perfect location

We had a great time staying here. The location is perfect with regard to closeness to lift and town. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen incredible well-stocked, which made meal preparation very easy. Access to pool, rec and gym is great. It was a bit dusty, but management mentioned the air circulation unit as the problem. Not a big deal for us. The master bedroom could use a proper dresser for clothes storage - that would be a meaningful upgrade. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and are already thinking of returning.

Beautiful location.

Beautiful location. Well situated for easy access to lifts and downtown strolling. Condo had all the amenities we could want or need, though the bathrooms could use some routine maintenance and freshening such as fresh caulking around tubs and new shower curtains which were quite stained. Aside from that it’s a very pleasant unit. your team took great care of us even contacting us several times before our arrival to make certain we had all we needed to make our stay pleasant.

It’s a perfect location! We enjoy walking everywhere unless the weather is inclement. The full kitchen is a great feature for staying in. We luv the living space with a comfy leather couch, gorgeous mountain views and fireplace, it’s therapeutic!. Justin, Kerry, et al were so helpful in rescheduling our Sept’21 trip to a December winter wonderland timeframe. It was a special occasion and this unit provided a perfect spot to celebrate!

This was our second stay at this property.

This was our second stay at this property. Great location with beautiful views of the mountain and the Maggie Pond area. The best that Breckenridge has to offer is all within walking distance. The property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishware. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was awesome.

The property was awesome. The view was great the place was clean it was very well supplied. We loved it. Finding it among the other towers wasn’t very easy A little frustrating. Apparently the final emails with the details of picking up the key for check-in did not get to me. I looked for an email four days prior but didnt get anything, finally called the day we were driving out. Didn’t receive a phone call back but got a text that said I should’ve received an email. Again I checked and didn’t get an email. The next time I called I got to talk to Justin. He told me the date I should’ve gotten the email and said he would send it again but wouldnt give me the address to pick up the key. I still didn’t get the email so the third time I called he did give me the address to pick up the key. And because I didn’t get the original email, I almost didn’t get a parking spot. That was also a little stressful.

Second Time Here

We loved this place the first time and came back for a second stay! Location was great, central to everything we wanted. Also had to take care of business remotely, while here, and this place provided us with what we needed. Property Manager was VERY attentive!
