AMAZING!

The property is incredible. The views are stunning, the rooms and layout are gorgeous. The whole house did not disappoint. And then there's the outside with an elegant infinity pool overlooking the Bay of Islands. The photos don't really do it justice. The host was great - friendly, communicative, accommodating and the perfect balance between being available and helpful without being intrusive. Everything was perfect.

Alles war perfekt, toller Blick auf die Bay of Islands von der Terrasse.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen. Es fehlt an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt mit unserer Famile.

Luxurious Stay/Gorgeous View

Greg - Thanks for a great stay! This beautiful home is a great base for you to explore the Bay of Islands area. When you first enter the family room/kitchen area you are greeted with an amazing view of the coast and you enjoy this gorgeous view throughout your stay, master bedroom included. We spent our afternoons in the Infiniti pool relaxing from a day of hiking/exploring. In the evenings we enjoyed watching movies in the living room. It's just a few blocks(short drive) from downtown Paihia and we enjoyed going there for our breakfasts and dinners. (Although the house has a very well equipped kitchen if you decide to cook.) It was really nice to be able to do our laundry here before we continued with our journey. Our friend who traveled with us, and who normally stays in hotel rooms, was so amazed by your beautiful home, and that this is the way we like to travel with our kids.

Luxury at the Bay Of Islands.

Exceptional home in perfect order (including professional level coffee machine 😊) and beautiful outdoor dining and lounging around spectacular infinity heated pool.Best location you could wish for in the Bay of islands.

Tree House

We had a family wedding at Baylys Beach and this house was the perfect place to stay with our children and their partners. Waking up with the birds singing and the view over the bay was the perfect start to each day.

Fabulous House

Don't know where to start! This house was absolutely outstanding and ticked all the boxes in making our holiday a memorable one. The kids would be in the pool everyday from sunrise to sunset, while us adults would sit out on the gorgeous deck enjoying a glass of G&T and taking in the stunning view. There were days we did not want to leave the house! There was plenty of space which enabled us to get our much needed R&R. Greg and Liz, you are amazing hosts! Thank you both so much for letting us stay in your gorgeous home.

Breathtaking

Amazing stay with beautiful views, the pool setting was warm and relaxing with lots of places for our group to lie around and enjoy the scenery. The house was very clean and Greg made us feel very welcome from check in. Definitely recommend this place, we stayed with 10 adults and 3 young children and had amgreat time. Thanks!

Lovely time

We had a great time in Paihia! There is so much to do in a truly spectacular place. Greg’s home was in a beautiful and secluded setting, and was a great landing spot for our family.

Greg and Liz moved to Paihia from Kerikeri in 2019 and love it here! They fell in love with this house at first sight and bought it the same day. Now they enjoy hosting guests from all over NZ and helping them get the most from their Bay of Islands experience.

This is one of a very few large holiday homes in Paihia with its own private heated swimming pool. If space and privacy are important to you, our house ticks all the boxes, yet is only a minute from the Paihia CBD.
